Several years ago, Cygnus successfully installed a SonicWall firewall and segregated our network from the remainder of the skyscraper's network in which we're based. Naturally, I thought I would go back to them when we needed to replace the firewall as well as the server, which was at end of life. I scheduled a network assessment that was supposed to take place about a week later.
When the engineer didn't show up, I called to find out what was going on only to be told that apparently the head of sales had canceled the appointment without giving me any notice and without giving any reason whatsoever
