My computer told me that it was ready for the new Windows 11 update. Apparently, that was not the case as after it installed the power turned on, but wouldn't fully load!
After spending 4 hours of my night trying to get my computer to load back up again, I called JDCTEK the next morning...not only were they professional, extremely helpful and knowledgeable...in less than 20 minutes, I was back up and running!

We were hacked. Someone was using our home wifi. Our computers were slow and we kept getting inappropriate emails, many every day. Our neighbor recommended JDC TEK, had used their services a long time. Upon calling JDC, we immediately received assistance remotely. Scans were done, malware removed, security issues fixed, and we signed up for a monthly program. All of our issues were fixed that day! I had spent 2 years trying to get Xfinity to help assure our wifi was safe, it wasn’t. One call to JDC fixed everything, and Sam taught us how to monitor things. He said they can do on site work too

Our company has worked with JDCTek for the last 2 years. At first, they supplied our computers and managed our server. We then expanded to using them as a go to for tech support on all our machines. We have utilized their expertise and knowledge to handle the build out of our newest space. We also recently turned our phone systems over, which they were able to save us hundreds per month. I have worked directly with Joel and his team at JDCTek for over the past 10 years. I would give him 10 STARS if I could!! Recently one of my hard drives failed and Joel saved me from loosing all of my 4TB of photos. I am a hobbyist photographer and have backed up my computer utilizing JDCTek Cloud service and external hard drives. I am so glad that I did! Joel was able to recover virtually all of my files on that hard drive. He saved the day, week and year!! He made it so easy and got me back up and running in no time. I purchased a new Dell laptop from JDCTek nearly 3 years ago now. It was the most I've ever spent on a laptop, but worth EVERY penny I spent. Joel and his team worked their magic on the computer before delivering it to me. They removed all the junk from the computer that the manufacturer installs. To this date, the computer remains FAST and I have had no issues with it. My colleagues are constantly having troubles with their big-box store, off the shelf computers.
I've also used JDCTek to help recover "lost" data from a hard-drive crash on my wife's computer. what a life-saver!!

You don't need JDCTek until you REALLY NEED JDCTek! When you do, the response time is fast and Joel's whole team works efficiently to find a quick fix or offer solutions to improve your particular situation. We are a small business and have relied on JDCTek for our technical support for many years. We highly recommend them.
