DING DONG THE WITCH IS GONE!!!!! The miserable, hateful receptionist isn't there anymore. Paying rent was a much more pleasant experience. Good job, Falcon!

DO NOT LIVE HERE.
I had a hole in my ceiling for 3 months and it was leaking water. It took them 3 months to fix. Some of my clothes were ruined. Maintaince is very slow and you have to keep calling them. Front desk is no help when you have questions and very rude after you sign the lease.
I am a very clean person and deep cleaned after I moved out and only got half of deposit back due to “repairs “
If I could leave a lower score than one star I would. They are unprofessional, not kind, and they do not care about their tenants well being.

Seems to have lots of very nice rentals. Everything is done online though and I enjoy face to face especially in regards to renting

Receptionist was extremely rude and didn't know how to do her job. Had to explain to her many times that I did not owe anymore money and she refused to check the statements and just shutdown when I pressed for her to check the statements. Had to go home and print the statements to make her see that I did not owe money and when I got there someone else checked the statements and said that I was indeed right and that everything was good. They didn't give an apology and acted like I was being unreasonable for her to do her job. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN

I take a review of a business seriously, I know the effects and toll it can take on a business. So please do not take this lightly, I have overall satisfied with Falcon Realty. It appears to be one of the better rental companies around. The rental units are well kept and it shows. My issue is with the office staff, the front desk woman who represents the company is highly unprofessional, rude, and completely lacks in customer service. When I call I am rushed and handled rudely and sadly I get the same nonchalant attitude when I come by. I do hope my next visit will be more professional and accommodating

Receptionist was rude on the phone, went there in person to retrieve keys didn't really want to talk to me
Hurried me out & when I came back with questions she gave me app to fill out and bring back next day. I say in parking lot filled it out & went back in. Had to wait on here to finish something with the dog. Did not even wash her hands. She said it could be later that day or next to see if I got it. Never heard from anyone. Really should have a real customer service person fill her spot !

The receptionist there is very rude.
It’s insane that falcon would hired someone like that working for them.
She was rude on the phone AND in person. She wasn’t really doing her job most of the time and she always hurry to hang up the phone. When i saw her in person she was also rude. She’s just a rude woman with no manners.
Because of her attitude along makes me (and everyone I know) that was interested in renting the properties not wanting to rent from them.
Get better falcon. You can do better than that.

I have rented from Falcon for two years. And they are My preferred renter in cookeville by a significant margin. Maintenance is addressed quickly. The people are friendly and honest. Any issues can be typically be resolved with a brief phone call.

I understand that everyone may not have the same experience with Falcon Realty that we have, but I can say from personal experience that our relationship with Falcon has been outstanding. The office staff are polite and professional. As a property management company, they genuinely care about their tenants. They have been prompt and professional with repair requests. My family has been renting from Falcon for 7 years and will continue to do so as long as they are in business or until we decide to buy a house again. I highly recommend them and recommend if you have any issues (personal or otherwise

I’ve been with Falcon for about a year and a half now and have never been dissatisfied with the service over received. Maintenance requests are always fulfilled within a couple of hours and the people in the office are awesome. In July of last year their drop box was robbed (with my rent inside) and it took over a year for me to finally get a refund on my money order from Western Union, the wonderful people of Falcon worked with me 100% on everything and let me pay little by little until I got the money back. No complaints, definitely a good experience coming from a much bigger city.
