It is truly difficult to find the words to fully express how amazing I feel and how happy I am. Thank you. From the very first minute I walked through the doors of your beautiful office, I felt 100% cared for (even a bit loved!) Your staff is wonderful. I've never seen an entire group of such superb people under the same roof.
While all surgery is stressful for the patient, facial operations are often the most anxiety provoking. Other body parts may be covered with clothing, but operations on the face are immediately evident. The healing process or a less than optimal outcome cannot be easily hidden. Accordingly, the facial cosmetic surgery patient must be very motivated to have the procedure while the surgeon must be confident that he can deliver the expected result.
Facelift surgery, or rhytidectomy, addresses aging in the lower third of the face primarily, but can also give some improvement to the middle third. It restores a more youthful appearance by reducing the sagging skin which causes major wrinkles, jowls, and a "turkey gobbler" neck. The jawline and neck are improved and the skin is made smoother.
Age, sun exposure and hereditary factors all contribute to wrinkles, deep lines and puffiness around the eyes. Eyelid aging can cause unwanted changes in expression, causing us to look permanently fatigued and older than we really are. In some cases, redundant upper lid skin can even contribute to visual impairment.
Many consider breasts to be an important part of a woman's attractiveness and sexuality. Whether it is due to heredity, pregnancy, aging, or cancer, many women are dissatisfied with their breast size and or shape. A Board Certified Plastic Surgeon is the only medical professional who has been specifically trained in a formal residency / fellowship setting to treat aesthetic breast problems.

Really took the time to evaluate my ears and explain the otoplasty procedure with me so that I completely understood what to expect. He did a fantastic job and I love my new ears that don’t stick out anymore. The follow up care was phenomenal and Dr. Wigod had me come in several times to make sure they were healing correctly and to make sure there were no signs of infection. Dr. Wigod is a top notch plastic surgeon and cares about his patients. He is kind and really listens to his patients. His staff is the best!! You are made to feel welcome and cared about!

Totally AWFUL experience at my consultation. Dr. Wigod was so unfriendly, and seemed annoyed that I inquired about a couple of concerns of mine. He went so far to suggest I have “body dysmorphia” and after he did a simple sample reconstruction of my nose after surgery, he thrust the papers into my hands and walked off. I have never been treated so badly or been so humiliated in my life!!! He shot down all of my concerns, snapping at me. Highly unprofessional and CRUEL, not to mention a very poor listener. RUN FAR!!!

"Dr. Wigod was great about explaining everything in detail at my consult of what I would need done and what to expect in the end. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained things in a way that I could understand. The procedure went just as he said it would. The doctor and staff were great in handling all of my concerns right after surgery. Every time I go to the office, I am met by friendly and caring staff who get me in for my appointment on time. The doctor takes his time during your appointments and I never felt rushed. But most importantly, his work is amazing! I love my new body
