Dr. Brian Kerr and Silk Touch were the first to bring the latest Affirm fraxilated laser technology to the Treasure Valley. The Affirm works as two lasers to tighten and resurface the skin and is the only laser FDA approved to treat stretch marks.
The Affirm Laser is two lasers in one: the 1440nm that targets superficial layers of photo damaged tissue, and the 1320nm MultiPlex technology that targets deep layers of collagen structures for skin laxity and tightening.Skin is lifted, tightened and stimulated to repair damaged tissue as the microthermal heat stimulates collagen production.

Dr. Jason Nealy is an incredible doctor. He is professional, smart, kind and exceptionally good at communicating the actual procedure and what results can be expected. Outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in we were treated in the most professional manor.
Dr. Jason Nealy calmly and clearly explained our options and potential treatment results. We had done some research prior to the appointment and after Dr. Nealy answered all of our questions we made the decision to have Botox injections and CO2 fractional laser.
Two weeks post op and couldn’t be more pleased!

WOW! What an awesome experience. From when you first walk in the office is beautiful and you have friendly ladies to greet you. Shayna was amazing at helping me take my skin from being a problem to something that I now love. Dr. Nealy and his staff are professional, prompt, and so friendly! My experience was beyond amazing. Dr. Nealy and Jacqueline always answered all my questions and put my mind at ease with my upcoming procedures. After the procedures they reached out to make sure I was doing well and if I had any questions etc. If you are unsure about if you should go ahead with a procedure; set up a consultation at Silktouch….you won’t regret it.

I first started on my “better, healthier me” journey in 2020. I kept pushing tummy tuck and liposuction till spring of 2021 and that’s when I met Dr. Nealy. Him and his staff made me feel so at ease, comfortable, that right than and there I made a decision to move forward with the procedure. As I am writing this review I am crying happy tears. The surgery went absolutely perfect, Dr. Nealy and staff followed up with me that same evening. I am looking amazing, felling confident, my knees don’t hurt since great amount of weight has been removed!!! I am healing better than anticipated!!! I

I am always treated with such kindness and respect, whether it's in person or just over the phone, and always greeted with a smile. I never had any problems getting a hold of Dr. Nealy, a nurse, or staff and always had my questions or concerns answered right away. They are very attentive. You are in very good hands at Silk Touch.
