To foster a successful transition for Veterans and families through health, fitness, and recreation. Empowered current and former Service Members, families, and communities with knowledge for healthy integration and lifelong camaraderie. HMHB is a free program operated through licensed fitness centers throughout the nation to provide injured or ill veterans free fitness memberships and personal training with monthly educational events.

Vet Rec provides ALL veterans and their loved ones opportunities to experience adventure sports and recreation that will build on their strengths, challenge their limits, and provide camaraderie and competition. SheForce empowers women directly impacted by the military with the confidence to reconnect and honor themselves.

AllenForce was founded in memory of Donna's father, Don Allen, Army Veteran. Serving the veterans today of ALL ERAS has brought a personal fulfillment of getting to know the character traits her deceased father must have shared. There are 4 main programs: HMHB was founded in 2009 through NEDSRA, to assist veterans who are injured, visibly or invisibly, through positive health and fitness training and social networking.
Healthy Minds Healthy Bodies is a trademarked program of AllenForce implemented by licensed fitness centers throughout the country that is offered free of charge to qualified veterans. Each facility and fitness professional complete specific training on veteran culture, PTSD, MST, injuries and illness specific to veterans and adaptive equipment.
Vet Rec, short for Veteran Recreation, is designed to bring together veterans and their loved ones in an environment that provides camaraderie, challenge, and an adrenaline rush through adventure sports and recreation. Adventure Days often include scenario play which encourage the participants to work together.
SheForce is a trademarked program of AllenForce. Its mission is to empower women impacted by the military with the tools and confidence needed to reconnect and honor themselves as a woman. It teaches tools for relaxation, motivation, and mental focus and provides camaraderie and a support system that balances mental health and well-being through a holistic approach to life.
VETANK (Vet - Tank) is a program that provides a network of all-terrain chairs available to borrow for free by qualified veterans enabling independent participation in outdoor and adventure recreation. This program has also benefitted veterans in need of simple mobility assistance like attending a gravesite burial, enjoying a Veteran's Day activity on a hillside, and getting around local outdoor events that span large areas.
