As is the Kim Son Restaurants tradition, passed down from its founder "Mama La", our chefs have a passion for the culinary traditions from Asia while added contemporary touches help to create a menu that balances classic Vietnamese and Chinese comfort foods, with delicate fusions of Asian cuisine to create reasonably priced Vietnamese and Chinese dishes which celebrate the street food culture of Southeast Asia.

I didn’t actually purchase anything from here myself but I work with a delivery app and picked up some food here
Nonetheless, I feel like people should know this about the manager
I came through the entry hallway, the server was nothing but polite to me
She showed me where the orders were to pick up and that’s all she told me.
I went to get the orders, packed them in my delivery bag, and was about to leave to my first delivery when a man (who I assume is the manager because he was wearing very good clothes) rudely called for me. He was a short Asian man with blue eyes(contacts I assume

This is the Kingsride location. Have been coming to this location for over 15 years. Loved their hot and sour soup and general taos chicken. Today the soup didn't taste the same definitely missing some element. The generals chicken was band and oily. The sauce was absolutely different. When I inquired if the chef had changed they tried to tell me it has been this way for years. After 15 years coming here from Katy just for their generals chicken and hot and sour I think I know when something changes that drastically. Waitress was short and irritated that I even asked. Guess nothing stays the same

Ordered To-go. Serving size was very small especially for the price they are asking. Compared to other restaurants the serving is only 1/3 of what other Asian restaurants are giving. Dish also lacks flavor, ordered vegetable with garlic & sesame chicken. One star for food being ready when I got to the restaurant.
