Coming from similar backgrounds, Aristo Gaspar and Leon Cedillo connected through their love of cooking and creating new dishes. Aristo opened his first restaurant in Stafford, TX called Raizes Mexican Kitchen. They teamed up in 2017 to develop catering services for local offices, venues and car dealerships.
Their most notable partnerships to date are with the Houston Astros, Rockets and our local Univision 45. In addition, we host and help coordinate high-end events. We have a range of experience spanning from the most intimate breakfast to the most EXTRAVAGANT gala.

Horrible experience they have no customer service skills went there Wednesday Sept.12,2018 for lunch break very few customers maybe 3 to 4. Sat at a table for 15 minutes waiters saw me but did not acknowledge me then 3 older women came in and were waited on in seconds. I was already agitated and flagged 1 of the waiters down and asked what seem to be the problem told him the situation he apologized and took my order but now had to wait on food and try to guzzle it down cause I was on my lunch break.
Now today I figured I give them a 2nd chance worst decision I made waited 30minutes had to walk
