Pleasing little breakfast and lunch place located on a side street of Kirby. Parking was easy as they have garage parking with easy access to the restaurant. You walk up to the counter to order and pay. The gentleman at the register was patient with us as we looked over the menu. I ordered the 4 egg omelette that is served with some sort of tomato purée. The purée tasted like old canned tomatoes. Not good at all. The omelette however was very flavorful with all the veggies, sausage and bits of bacon. It could have used a little more S&P but overall not bad. My husband had the croissant breakfast

"What is a Bougatsant?" I asked?
It is a cloud of warm semolina custard lightly sweetened w orange syrup, topped w a warm croissant, dusted w powdered sugar. Fresh berries are a free-form corona...
I ordered. I tasted. I locked the bowl.
My sweetie's 4-egg omelet packed full of Greek deliciousness provided the necessary protein to balance the sweet. It too was a surprise and left me wide-eyed.
Don't pass this little gem!

I drive past the spot all the time but never noticed it because it's so tucked away, I'm so glad I finally discovered it, definitely will be a regular spot of mine now. Parking is easy with a huge free parking deck directly across from the door. Inside is clean, airy and pretty. Super small but somehow more than enough seating with cute outside tables too. The menu is simple and balanced with options for every palate or time of day. I got the spinach quiche, "the villager" a sourdough/goat cheese situation and a caramel macchiato. The food was great, everything definitely tasted

This has to be on of the best hidden gems in upper Kirby. My partner and I had breakfast here and it was phenomenal. The breakfast menu is limited but what they do have is done very well. I had the four egg omelette stuffed with the freshest crispiest vegetables I have ever had. I had a very good cut of bacon to go along with it along with one of the tastiest, warmest croissants. Their coffee is very good and they have a huge selection of tasty pastries. The staff is super friendly, I believe the owners themselves work here and they are just the best. The environment is very clean and very bright

Stopped in on a weekend morning to grab a bite & coffee. Parking is convenient in a garage next door.
As others have said, you order at the counter and they bring your drinks/food to you.
Very extensive array of desserts - it was too early so I did not try one though they looked very good.
I got the breakfast croissant & a decaf vanilla latte. They have an extensive selection of decaf items which I appreciate because most places have one or none.
The croissant was fluffy and flaky, I did think there was too much cream cheese on it. Would have preferred a more breakfast taste to the

This is a very cute and unique cafe in Houston. Like their dessert when we went for the first time. Visited here again last weekend and we were there around 11:30am but we still ended up waited 50 mins to get our food. Not just that, our food is either under cook (the fries are basically not crispy at all, felt like they completely forgot our order and rushed to make our order when they realized they didn’t serve our foods yet), our pork skewers were very dry. The salad was the only thing we enjoy. We also ordered a baguette sandwich (too hungry to take the picture) and the sandwich is not properly

Very cute and chic atmosphere with great customer service! You order at the counter but they'll bring your beverage and food items to your table. I appreciated how the guy behind the counter asked if I wanted him to add some cinnamon in my chai latte - not all places will ask you and I usually forget to ask when ordering. Thanks for that!! Also, their spinach quiche was delicious!! Vegetarian-friendly and full of unexpected flavor (it's been awhile since I've had quiche )
Helpful tip: this is NOT a great place to try to get some work or studying done. It was pretty noisy, even

Great coffee shop with excellent food, my cinnamon latte was so light and fragrant. My egg plate was also great, nice fresh fruit, crispy thick bacon, very well seasoned potatoes, large wheat toast and scrambled eggs. The eggs needed more seasoning but everything works well together. Also very nice staff. Will be coming back.

I've come here a couple of times. The coffee is strong and delicious.
The one thing that really got me to love this place is the variety of desserts. One thing that Houston is missing is more dessert places!! Their selections are extensive . Out of the 5 that I've tried, I loved all.
I want to come back and try their lunch menu.
The staff is friendly and will go way beyond expectations. I hit my elbow on something and had a small cut. They lady at the register noticed and brought me a bandaid. It was a nice unexpected gesture. You can tell that it's a family owned business and

I stop by this cafe every now and then as I work in the building. The owners are always sooo nice! Customer service is 5/5 every time I've been here. I like getting the chicken salad sandwich ($8) for a filling lunch. The chicken salad is very fresh and flavorful. Pastries on display are beautiful and large in portion.
If you work in the building/nearby, order on their website so you can stop in for a quick pick up!

I absolutely loved the coffee there! I got a cappuccino and it was simply delicious!
We also did the breakfast there. We got the 4 eggs omelette, and chicken & waffles. Chicken and waffles were good, not the best. A side of fries (not sure if it was included or if I paid extra for it) were amazing though! For the omelette, I asked them to replace pork with chicken. I was told that they usually sell chicken as skewers but she was willing to accommodate my request by putting in a part of that skewer which I appreciated. The omelette overall was good however the chicken was overcooked and dry.

Saw great reviews of this place so I decided to check it out and also agreed with other reviews.
It's a nice small restaurant locates next to Baylor College of medicine clinic.
They also have free parking right next to the restaurant.
Food was good. Took the advise from the chef and ordered the pesto hummus and it was delicious.
I also added the carrot cake for dessert and it was yummy too. Some places made it so dry but here she made is moist and adding the raspberries into it was a good choice.
Service was a bit slow but I guess bcoz they are family own so they don't have too

We heard they have great Greek food and coffee drinks. Our son and daughter-in-law shared a two meat skewer Souvlaki plate with fries, Greek salad, pita bread and tzatziki sauce, they enjoyed the chicken skewers, my wife and I did one skewer of chicken and one of pork, both really good. My favorite part was the amazing coffee drinks we had, two of us got the Greek frappes and two of us got the Freddo Espressos....none of us had ever seen or tasted these particular drinks before, we tried each others and loved all of it. We'll be back for more goodies. If you check in on Yelp you'll

Someone help me because I cannot stop eating here, it is so good, the owners are truly the best, and the drinks are heavenly. I, a hater of lettuce, ate their village greek salad 3xs this week. The oil dressing has a great flavor and the chicken I added on top is so perfectly seasoned, you have to try it if you too hate lettuce. On Friday I got their meatball special and omg that was so delicious especially on top of the rice. Another must try

Came here on a weekday morning to do some work and went with the lavender latte. They use illy, so it was super smooth. The lavender taste was subtle and it was also just a hint of sweetness, so you could really taste the coffee. The employees are so kind and helpful. They marked off tables for social distancing. I liked the ambiance here, as it was sleek and charming. Only gripe is that internet wasn't reliable and was very slow at times.

Had a great lunch here today. Very nice people, enjoyable food.
We visited on a Thursday right at lunch, and really enjoyed ourselves. The parking was no issue at all, and the restaurant is bright and welcoming.
Lots of choices for breakfast, lunch, coffee, and dessert — bound to find something that you’ll enjoy here. And it felt like a neighborhood restaurant — people that had clearly been there before and knew each other. We will be some of the repeat customers, I’m sure!
