Carissa Harwell is an associate attorney at the BiState Law Center. Carissa was born and raised in Southern Illinois. She graduated from Flora High School and went on to attend Olney Central College. She obtained her associate's degree one year later and achieved Dean's List honors both semesters. Carissa then attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where she majored in Social Work.
Krystal Weigl is a trial attonrey with the BiState Law Center, fighting for clients in the firm's Personal Injury, Business Law, and Real Estate practice areas. She is also an advocate and entrepreneur. Following Krystal's career in litigating on behalf of people injured in Illinios, she left private practice to begin a new initiative: making legal information accessible for entrepreneurs.
Dylan Carey is the lead paralegal at the BiState Law Center, responsible for crafting a variety of legal documents and interacting with clients and the Courts. Dylan Carey is a 2013 graduate of St. Charles Community College and the A+ Scholar Program. Dylan brings a wealth of customer service experience and a committed approach to his duties with BiState.
Kelvin McKissic serves as the BiState Law Center's client relationship specialist. His role is to ensure that all clients remain updated about their cases and always understand that BiState is fighting on their team. In this role, Kelvin brings a "can-do" attitude and an understanding of what it truly means to be a team player.
