Gave Mr. Ed Radetic 5500.00 to handle our case. After months of excuses ranging from "I have a family emergency" to "I'm sick" to "out of town with no cell or internet access" Lots of promises that were not kept. Now he won't return our calls, emails, anything. Filed a complaint with Missouri Bar Association, waiting on resolution.
Update: Looks like filing a complaint with Mo. Bar Association got his attention and he sent us a full refund via certified mail in the form of a cashiers check. Our lawsuit was never resolved and it is too late now to refile with another attorney. Still at this point
