Kevin, Danielle, and Ashley definitely made the process of navigating the aftermath of our MVA much more bearable. I had a "bait and switch" type of experience. I never received a consultation, free or otherwise. I do know, however, how much that "free consultation" would have cost because I WAS quoted a retainer fee of $1500.00. I was assaulted and called what was advertised as a criminal lawyer and told by his receptionist that he probably couldn't help me but his fee was $1500.00 anyway (the inference being that I could not afford him). Kevin did e-mail and offer to speak with me THREE days later but when I wrote an email back complaining of the treatment I received he blamed
