They hold the Guinness book of world record book for fixing a 200sft wood, 450sft carpet and 6sft stone replacement work due to water leak damage to take 5 months from start to finish. In spite of the water damage clean up restoration was by someone else who we paid 5k. Mind it, it was for a vacant home that they had access anytime of the day with the lock key passcode. Ohh their final pricing was 25% more than their estimate. They were referred by Amica insurance and I thing they are hand in glove and a 100% fraudulent company. Every person I spoke to was trained to lie and provide false information

Triage Restoration engages in extremely unethical practice by purposefully damaging your property and charging the insurance company greater fees for monetary gain. This company also intentionally delays the work to get more paid. I am suing this company for damage at a local court. So save your breath to try to dispute here, Patti White (the name of the owner); like I mentioned, if you refuse to explain why you damage my granite counter top via email, you will eventually need to explain in front of the judge. Good luck.
