I called ServPro when I discovered water in my basement. Mike Williams showed up 20 minutes later and did a full assessment. He worked with me on the estimate and was knowledgeable. The next thing I knew, four employees were being directed to cut out drywall, place air movers and dehumidifiers, and vacuum up water. The basement was dry by that evening.
