My husband and I had never needed to hire a moisture contractor before and felt nervous about finding the right company to fix a leak in our basement. Turns out Moisture Master Pros is the way to go. Not only was Josh polite, friendly, and easy to work with when he came to assess the issue, but he and his team also did a great job fixing our leak! Pricing was reasonable and the work was completed quickly. Communication was great. We recently experienced another small leak on our 3rd floor, and it was easy to decide who to call to fix the problem.

While out of the house, we had a toilet hose burst and water rained from our 2nd floor down to the basement for several hours. Josh helped us out majorly by evaluating every part of the floors, walls, and ceilings that were affected for residual water. He was so patient and helpful, answering any and all questions, and even offering to diagnose any other water infiltration issues we may have going on in the house. He also gave us great direction on how to remediate the problems in an affordable and aesthetically pleasing way. Josh and the Moisture Master Pros are the best!

Josh and Tyree were nothing short of impeccable from inspection to the water damage repair. Josh explained exactly what the issue was and how the team would rectify it. They even touched up a couple of minor scuffs we had on the ceiling as a favor. Super trustworthy team, Highly recommend!

Wanted to write to thank them and to let the owner know that his investigation and remedy plan worked wonderfully. I had 2 other basement companies out trying to sell me $2,000 dehumidifiers rather than looking into the core issue. They came in and helped me identify the issue without any other silly salesman stuff, I really appreciated it. The smell is completely gone and there’s no longer any moisture in the crawlspace. Thanks again! Great work!

Our hot water heater leaked and needed the area properly dried and repaired. I've reached out to Josh and he responded quickly with an estimate. Throughout the service, he was very prompt and took care in his work. I now have a dried place and a repaired ceiling. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Josh is the best! We have had a leak that has persisted for a few years in our center city rowhouse and no one has been able to fix it- until Josh! Josh was able to diagnose multiple leak sources and repair them, was so easy to work with and very fairly priced. I would highly recommend Josh (and already have to friends). I discovered my sewage was not draining properly in the basement and caused it to flood. I found Moisture Master Pros on instagram. The owner came out a few days later and assessed the issue. 6 days later, he came out with his assistant and they pumped the water, cleaned and sanitized the basement. They also sealed the lid to the valve with which causing the issue. Everything was done in 7 hours. Will highly recommend this company for their professionalism and efficiency.

Josh is a great guy to work with and takes pride in his work. He is professional, educated, and a good communicator. He and his right-hand man, Carmen, are friendly and attentive. I hired MMP for multiple different projects around my house that required a wide range of skill sets.
