My tenant moved out and left a huge amount of junk on the front lawn. I needed to get the trash removed the same day to avoid being fined by my HOA. I submitted an estimate request online and Calvin called me within 10 minutes to schedule an appointment. He was very friendly and professional. I also requested for him to remove the stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher because they were outdated and broken. Calvin came out the same day, arrived early, and removed everything I requested. He was very accommodating when I asked for an additional large item to be removed at the last minute. I will continue
