The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Restrictions:Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed.

From the moment I called Millworks looking for an apartment, Whitney was so friendly and super helpful! She went above and beyond by sending us specific pictures of the unit we were interested in and really worked with us to make sure we could get the apartment. She follows up quickly via email and is really great at providing excellent customer service. The apartment itself is gorgeous too and we are very happy so far! Glad to have a good experience.

We have very fond memories of staying in Millworks Apartments. The apartment is very conveniently located, with the downtown and grocery stores nearby. The locality is very safe with friendly apartment staff members. The maintenance support is good and we saw improvement in maintenance during our stay. The apartment access is very good and planned thoughtfully for elderly people as well. Whitney and Valerie have been very accommodating with the move-in and move-out procedures and documentation.
I would recommend this apartment particularly to those with small families.

The main issue preventing Millworks from getting 5 stars is
- - SIGNIFICANT RENT INCREASE: We just received our first renewal letter and our rent was increased ~8%. It increased from $3180/month to $3450. I understand rent increases are a given but 8% annual increases are not sustainable for long term living. This is a huge shocker after hearing the leasing office tell a prospective renter that he should only expect a rent increase from $50-100.
If you stay here, expect to see a significant increase in rent

A wonderful complex conveniently located above the Whole Foods. Their attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness is matched by none. Matter fact, the only thing that matches their cleanliness is their incredible staff.
Valerie to Whitney are fantastic duo who helps with any of my needs... which are not many. The Property Management team is quick, efficient and friendly. Shout out to Teddy and Salvador. The fact that you are also allowed to have dogs is a major plus for me. They also have convenient doggy bags at each and every exit 🤗🤗🤗

What a great place to live! Great location, beautiful complex and great leasing staff. The manager Valerie went above and beyond to make our transition to Nor Cal seemless and was a huge help when we moved out to relocate to a different state. Maintenance was fast and friendly. Can’t say enough about living here!!

I have been appreciating living at Millworks for almost 6 years now. It is very easy to feel at home here with such nice surroundings. Whitney and Valerie, managers, are very friendly and accommodating. The maintenace team of Teddy and Salvador can’t be beat. So many things are within a walkable distance of Millworks. It is a great place to live!

This is a great, beautifully maintained apartment building with all the conveniences, including in-unit laundry. It is well insulated against noise and the apartments are attractive and updated. The manager, Valerie, is lovely and very responsive to issues and concerns as is Whitney in the same office. The maintenance folk, Teddy and Salvador are pleasant and efficient and fix problems quickly. I would recommend Millworks to anyone.
