Pros
* Good with out of state moves
* Friendly office staff (held a huge package for me in the office while I wasn't yet moved to California).
Cons
* Walls/roofs seem paper thin (I can hear my upstairs neighbors' every movement).
* Parking is a HUGE PITA - I ended up paying for a garage for peace of mind. I can't fathom how there is a waitlist for parking spots. Why wouldn't you guarantee at least one per apartment?
* Random maintenance (just announced with 48 hours notice that water was going to be off all day Friday)
* Random apartment intrusions (with notice) - my apartment has been entered

WOW and not in a good way. First, I saw Altura apartments has a REALLY low rating. Of course nosy me, reads them. Not once does AA take accountability. They start each response with the SAME line (just lazy) and then proceed to deflect and never once take responsibility for their apartments. I actually booked a tour when the apartments first opened because yes, the photos look great. After waiting 30 minutes for our SCHEDULED appointment, no one showed up and I left. I asked to be put on a “waitlist” for a certain apartment and was told I’d hear from them periodically. Years later… no response

Altura apartments is an excellent place to live. I would recommend this to anyone who’s looking to move into a high end apartment complex. They’re quick to come and fix any issues you have in your apartment. I would like to thank Armani, one of the maintenance staff for helping me fix the minor issues in my apartment. He is very efficient and professional.

We lived here for a little over a year. Manager Katie was very kind and polite. The facility was new and the apartment did not have a power outage when the surrounding area had a power outage! It was a really good apartment.

False advertising, not luxury apartments , frequent mail stolen from the mail room and lack of security , HVAC usually doesn’t work or breaks frequent because cheap equipment and of course it’s cov19 so no use of their facilities and no discount on rent. No parking either as apartment complex across the street take most of the outside parking and parking inside Altura is an extra charge , well if they have any available lol. Don’t overpay for rent like I did.

I came here to visit a friend and my car got towed from the spot that she pays for even though I had a parking placard. They work with a private security company to patrol the parking lot and specifically look for cars not "properly" displaying the permit. They then have a contract with a private towing company Ace Towing, to tow your car in the middle of the night to Santa Rosa and charge you $330 to get your car back. I woke up this morning to go to work and thought my car had been stolen so I called the police. They informed me that indeed Altura apartments had my car towed from a PAID FOR spot

Demetrius was awesome.
Helpful and informative with out the slimy sales pitch.
Beautiful spaces.
Convenient ground floor direct access to the garage...
BUT... 3100 a month with no garden, and only 1081 sqft.
If they dropped the prices a bit, they would rent them up in a flash and stay rented.

The apartments are super noisy... Normal walking from my upstairs neighbor is ridiculously loud. If you enjoy peace and quiet do not live here unless you're on the top floor.

They are asking super high rent for small apartments in a major construction zone. Making lots of promises about when the pool and gym will be ready and when the work will be done. Good luck with that! Oh and it's right at a major freeway intersection too ... should be 'real' quiet. Not.
