Lied and said our neighbors weren’t smoking. Won’t let us get out of the lease. If you walk around here at night, so many people are smoking yet they claim no one was smoking.
They made up fraudulent charges such as two month lease break fee. In the lease we signed, we had to agree to it in order for it to take effect. They rented out our apartment immediately, yet tried to charge us for two-month lease break fee instead of what it took to relet the apartment. Then they sent the fraudulent charges to IQ data international, a debt collection company, who threaten to ruin our credit.

Oh man, where to begin. The ladies in the office are painfully difficult to work with. Get everything in writing or email. They’re either easier confused or simply overwhelmed. It served its purpose as a cheap place to stay for a while. But the backyard was full of pincher bugs and spiders. Hundreds. 60 days notice required. There’s a dozen other complaints, but it would just get petty. Now, 2 months after moving out, I got a call from collections. No notice. Never heard anything about my deposit, but a $600 bill out of the blue. Thanks vineyard. Way to wrap up a frustrating experience with

I see a lot of good reviews online and I'm not sure why. Everyone who lives here hates the staff and the way they treat the residents. I moved in last year paying the low rent that they advertise. This year they have raised the rent by $250 (I pay on time every months and don't ask for any maintenance). They charged me 80$ per month for trash and charged my neighbors (who have more people living in their apartment) $60. They make up for the rent difference with utilities. At some point utilities not including PGE or internet were $240 per month. I am gone most of the day and do not waste. 240 is

I’m on my last 2 weeks here. I should have received a prorated bill for June rent, but I was billed for the entire month. I paid them by check
for 21 days. They show my account as having a balance due and after a week of trying to get the office to correct this, it’s still the same. Very unprofessional. All I will say is businesses expect people to pay promptly and follow their rules but they have a responsibility to be professional and resolve tenants concerns quickly and with good communication.
