T&W handled my father's funeral last month. I can't say enough about the staff and how they helped and handled everything for us at this difficult time. My husband, Ron, had his Celebration of Life October 16th,
and we were comforted in having such a beautiful and meaning tribute to him. Kathleen and staff are very professional, yet, caring and pay close attention to every detail, so you feel at peace, knowing all will go well. We had 114 friends/family that attended and all said “It was the most intimate and beautiful service they had ever been to and honored Ron and the many talents and gifts he had.” The video, with accompanying background music, was done perfectly, once again paying close attention to detail. I first met Kathleen and Melissa in March 2020, just before COVID at a presentation by their organization. Kathleen is very couth, organized, professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about what she does. It's something you don't see everyday.
Melissa helped me pre-plan my own funeral starting last year and is also very helpful and knowledgeable at what she does. I can't thank her enough. She is very professional in both demeanor and appearance and is a together young lady that I would be happy to work with myself.

Our family has only the most wonderful things to say about Kathleen and the staff at Townley and Wheeler. Every aspect of our interactions with them were warm yet efficient. I recently attended Unity Station-based calling hours at this funeral home to pay respects to the family of a dear friend. As a funeral director myself, I chose to be there before, during, and after the visitation period to support the family.
