Where do I even begin? This place is an absolute joke. I was assigned Dr.Chen I was told by every worker that he would be coming to my unit to meet me. That never happened and I never saw him during my entire stay. The nurses were rude except for Ify she was amazing. The nurses ignore the patients and yell at them when they ask questions. One girl hadn’t eaten or drank anything in 2 days and almost passed out. She was yelled at and told to “get up and walk now” by a nurse even tho she is diabetic and her blood sugar was dangerously low. The group therapy is awful you sit in a room and read

I went here and the workers act like they hate their job. there was a girl completely frozen what seemed to be a stroke due to a bad reaction of medication and the nurses said “she’s fine” and did not move to help her. the MHT’s are not helpful and do not ask how you are doing ever. the food is awful and the water in the cafeteria was off. the hospital is disgusting and would not recommend to anyone. also the night shift is the worst they are mean and unhelpful.

This place has the worst staff ever, my son was placed here voluntarily and I was treated like I committed a crime or the judge required him to be here. I never received any communication back from the Dr he was assigned. What kind of medical facility doesn't communicate with the patients parent/quardian. The staff treat you with an attitude and disrespect from the moment you walk in. They lost all of my son's clothes that he had on the day I bought him in. This facility is ran like something off a crazy lifetime move. This was in October 2021. Now I call to request his medical records and I am

If I could give no stars I would. I was a patient in this hospital for 3 weeks when I was 14 years old. I was restrained for absolutely no reason and injected with a seditive against my will. I was clearly terrified and I begged and pleaded to not be injected but still was. A staff member also pushed me into a wall and held me down just because other kids were fighting. I had no part in it. 4 years later I'm still traumatized from this experience. Horrific.

I was referred here by our school psychotherapist. Initial call was great. Arrived Friday night at 8pm to a gentleman that was difficult to understand, but cordial.
We waited in the front, then passed through secure doors to the back where we waited again in a dimly lit room with patches of grey paint all over (maybe they are going through a renovation!?) but if we weren’t depressed before, we sure would be after leaving this area… we were led into a small room with a round table where again, there were grey patches of paint (odd). We were all fully masked but the social distancing protocol

I was a in patient at CWest. The good thing about this facility is their food, and the daytime technicians are super nice! Specifically Jared and Michael but the nurses could work on their manners a little. The night time however is vise versa, nurses at night are sweet and helpful and the technicians are incredibly rude… like really rude. Overall Kathy (the social worker) did a great job helping me get to the core on my issues however I would advise this facility to try and get an actual schedule that they can stick to on a day to day basis. I know it’s covid and it’s probably understaffed

Well i had to see for myself why this place had such horrible reviews. And now from my own experience people expect this place to solve every inch of issues that everyone has.. Meaning if your diagnosed with something take the time to help you as this hospital is. I came here for issues i though where beyond me and i realized i wasnt helping myself enough. I walked into these doors and received the best darn help i could ask for. Did we stumble on issues yes where there frustrating moments absolutely. But once i got a grip of how to manage MY SITUATION i gave myself permission to surround myself

I love this place. I just left here feeling like a nice person. Mark was my favorite niece. He made me feel comfortable to let all things out. He didn’t just make my healing about meds only. He let me get out all the burdens I had. He was so humble and caring. At first I was scared, but he wanted to let us know we could be comfortable. He really made this a place to be. Every mental healthcare worker really taught me a lot. They let us express ourselves so they could best assist us. I really loved my Experience here. They made sure to always use the least restrictive method when it came to dealing

I was admitted to this hospital in late 2015, at the age of 16, for suicidal depression. My family and I were informed that, at any point, I could be discharged from the hospital if desired. This was a lie. Within the hospital, patients, including young children, were often neglected, verbally harassed, and in many cases had issues of depression and anxiety exacerbated by the staff’s behavior. On one occasion, I had a panic attack, and was forcibly wrestled to the ground by orderlies, forced into an Isolation room with hard, concrete walls, and was forcibly injected with tranquilizer in my rear

Facility used to be a hopeful option. It has become one of the most unacceptable facilities. If zero was a choice I would chose that. I will never take anyone else to this facility

This place discharged my mother with a black eye and didn’t have an explanation about it. I tried to reach out to administrators to investigate and no one got back to me. Doctors don’t call patients families back and prescribe whatever they want. Both the times my mom was discharged she had to get readmites to another hospital because she had too much medicine in her system that she couldn’t walk on her own. They also gave her medicine that she was allergic to.
