AMAZING Customer Service! Kody called me back within 5 minutes to schedule a tech the next morning. My driver side window was shattered, but the price was so good I decided to get my cracked windshield replaced too, after 5 years of tolerating it. Jiffy was $150 less than Safety Glass. Sandy called my insurance and conferenced me in to make the process super easy! Tech came to me, communicated every step of the way & did a great job! So happy to find Jiffy!

I got a windshield replacement from here via mobile service. Eric was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! Within 30 minutes my 2010 Corolla windshield was replaced. Everything was great from the start, even when just requesting the quote Jennifer was very quick and within an hour we scheduled the whole thing and set a very reasonable price.
While I hope that I don't break my windshield anytime soon, I'll definitely go with Jiffy Auto Glass again.

I have used them before and appreciate the onsite windshield install. The technicians did a great job replacing the windshield on 8/4/2021. They were very careful to clean up the broken glass inside and outside of the car and were very courteous throughout the appointment. They did asked me to confirm the price before they started. I agreed because it sounded right, but I didn't have the paper in front of me. My mistake because when I later compared what I wrote from the phone quote, two numbers were transposed and I ended up paying $40 more than I was quoted. I will use them again, but will

I have had a previous experience with Jiffy Auto Glass that went smoothly, so when needs arose again for another windshield replacement, they were the first ones I inquired with.

*WARNING* DO NOT USE. Unfortunately, the Jiffy Auto Glass team does not stand by their word. I originally had 2 techs come out to my home (I would later find out that only 1 was supposed to come out and the other individual was not an employee of the company even though he was working on my vehicle) and they started their process to take out my windshield and replace. Before the took out the glass, they realized that they did not have the correct size glass in their van. No harm, no foul IMO. I had the Jiffy Lube installing technician and his assistant over to my place for onsite windshield install on 4/6/2021. We all spoke and got along together...I left them alone to do the install...and when finished the technician presented me with the bill which was about $20.00 over the initial quote to me over the phone (which included tax) and the technician claimed that his charge was higher because of added tax! Because I challenged him on the overcharge, and even showed him the original quote by phone I had written down, he went off on me (went into a raging fit) and insinuated that I refused

The two man team who came out really knew their stuff. They carefully removed the damaged glass and replaced it with meticulous attention to detail. They also took a look at my additional vehicles which have difficult to replace glass and pane would need to be custom cut. They were knowledgeable and courteous. I will be using them again for my specialty and classic glass needs.

I would NOT recommend this company. Called a local number and received a text reply from "Kody." Quoted me $179 for my Jeep Wrangler (Mopar) windshield to be replaced. I inquired about their policy on authorized tech installers, warranty, and windshield type. Of course all was good.
He assured me the list price on the Jeep windshield was $226.33 plus $60 install fee. His "special price" he quoted would be the ($179)plus tax.

I jiffy auto on google and then i sent a text message and the response was super quick. There was someone with name Erin responded and gave me the quotation right away. . There were no hidden charges or anything. Kyle was the tech guy who replaced my toy rav 4 2018 ($395) came to my house. . He was so professional super honest guy. I woke up to find my driver side window shattered and panicked. I looked up a quote this morning from Jiffy Auto Glass and was in contact immediately by the manager Kody. He referred me to an employee named Joe who came to my work during my lunch break and fixed the window within 20 minutes! They also vacuumed my car and cleaned my window. I was very thankful they could come out and fix the window during the time I asked-so convenient! Additionally, the price was much cheaper than going through my insurance. I could not have asked for a better experience! Would highly recommend this same

Great job, Safelite had canceled the morning of my mobile appointment due to weather even though it was a covered parking garage downtown so I called Jiffy and they said they could get my windshield replaced that same day and 4 hrs later boom I had a new windshield, the tech Eric was excellent he explained everything and had it done all in 1/2 hr! I will never count on Safelite again that saying Anytime/Anywhere is not true!

Well my windshield has successfully been replaced, but I seem to be missing many important screws/bolts that anchor my moulding and cowl. I've since lost a corner section of my moulding due to these not being replaced.
On top of this, when I gave my card to pay there was a tip line. I have never heard of tipping for a windshield replacement or any car service. I felt pressured to do so, but I was not happy about that--especially since learning that the guy who took care of my car couldn't even be bothered to put the screws back that came out. I'm sorry, but I can't recommend

1. Installer was supposed to call and give an estimated window for the afternoon. That did not happen.
2. The installer arrived in an unmarked van, without a company uniform. Very uneasy to have no company affiliation referenced.
3. I bought a Groupon for $100 credit toward new windshield. When presented I was told I could not use Groupon. I would have had to pay a higher price in order to use the Groupon. Pretty sure that is called bait and switch, and I am pretty sure that in an unlawful business practice.

Worst experience ever!!!!! Danger!!!! Don't use!!!!! They replaced our windshields for a good price, but they broke things on our car. They never replaced them. They sent someone to assess it, but nothing was done about it. I also asked for receipts with separate totals for our cars. I had just switch insurance, and discovered I had auto glass coverage. With the 2 receipts, I could have been refunded some money. I did finally get those receipts, but it was to late to get my refund from my insurance company.
Now, almost a year later, the rubber around the window is coming completely off!!
