More importantly, we primer any scratches that might cause rust on the pinch-weld and as we believe quality over quantity.

I called several SF auto glass shops and went with In & Out thanks to their great price, immediate on-site availability for the window I needed, and good customer support. It got better after I got there thanks to their ample off-road parking, fast service, some light vacuuming, and lifetime warranty. I saw several mobile auto glass repair companies drive in and out while I waited, so even the pros shop here.

Unfortunately, I’ve had to go to In and Out Auto twice in the past 6 months due to two separate broken window incidents. Each time I felt incredibly lucky that this place was right down the street. Everyone that works there is kind and funny, and the service is always done in a timely manner (usually they finish way before I expect them to!). The prices are good as well.

I needed to shout out In & Out Auto Glass for yet again fixing my small side window due to ‘bippin!’ They are always quick, less than an hour, affordable, only $120 for my small window when other places quoted me a lot more and were delayed in being able to fix it. This is my second time, and unfortunately know it won’t be the last. So highly recommend! Thank you!!

Fast, friendly, and fairly priced—A friend recommended this place after both our right quarter windows got smashed on a Friday night. We dropped our cars off the next morning and had everything fixed within a couple hours for less than half of what Safelite quoted online. I’m obviously hoping I don’t need window repair again anytime soon, but I’ll come here first if I do. Thanks again!

After our car passenger window got broken into, I was unable to find many places who had the right window for the replacement, but In & Out had a perfectly good used one and installed it quickly and for half the price as some others quoted me. I was thoroughly impressed by their customer service, especially after I asked them to vacuum the car a bit more to pick up some remaining glass shards. If the car gets broke into again (fingers crossed, not) I will call this place first!

My passenger window and front windshield were broken(In San Francisco you know the reason!!!) So I called AAA insurance company to claim. They sent me to a auto body shop which cost me $950 to fix 2 windows. Long story shortly!!! I called In & Out the prices they offer is way way way cheaper than the body shop! And their customer service, quality are all good! Hopefully not coming back again! But if anything happened this store will be my first choice! And they did cleaning!!!

They'll travel all around the East Bay for a job. They charge an extra $20 to do so though.

I had my windshield replaced today by In and Out Auto Glass in Hayward and the windshield looks great. But after the work was complete I noticed that they had damaged the paint on my 2016 Escape. There was a large spot right above the top of the windshield and 2 smaller spots to the side of it. When I let the manager know about the damage he told me that my car had a bad paint job on it and that there was nothing that he could do about it. Keep in mind that I bought the car brand new and I've been the only owner. I am letting everyone know that if you need a new windshield go somewhere else

My windshield cracked from a truck that kicked up a rock while driving on the freeway. The staff at In & Out took care of me and helped me order an original glass from Toyota. The windshield arrived and installed the following day. Quick, friendly, professional, and excellent service. Won't hesitate to bring my vehicle here again.
