Highly recommend their service! Ryan was great, kinda chatty but I am also chatty so we hit it off. Doctors also perform dental cleaning, usually it’s the hygienist who owns the cleaning job, but not here! Come and you will be grateful you came here.

I have been seeing Dr Brian Lin for the last 3 years and I highly recommend him. I have never been nervous on any of my visits as he is gentle and friendly and answers all my questions with patience. This place also has skilled and friendly dental technicians and front desk team. Good communication and timely reminders for appointments.

08/2021: I went back after two years due to Covid for a minor issue. Dr Shey was covering for Dr Chen who was on vacation. Dr Shey found a bigger problem and another small cavity and gave me another slot of his time after a 20 minute wait to fix the cavities without scheduling appointment for another day. The doctors here are very professional and caring.

Olga is pathetic, and should not be working as front desk, or customer service representative. She is making this place very bad, by providing horrible customer service. They try to charge you before you even come in for appointment, by trying to get all insurance info before appointment.

I've gone here for the past 11 years. Grew up with Dr. Chen as a provider, and had him as my go-to dentist all the way through college. All the staff, and people I have met here through the years are awesome, and I have never had a bad experience here. Getting out of college now and got my first job offer not too long ago, and the first thing I checked in the benefits package was whether this place was covered. If you're scrolling through dental practices for a family/yourself/friends, this is the one.

Dr. Chen is outstanding. He helped me get veneers on my front 6 teeth and I've been getting compliments everywhere I go. They look amazing and no one can tell that they're fake unless I tell them. Before I had my girl to Bellevue Wellness Dental, it took me a while to search online for orthodontics service. I'm glad I made a wise choice eventually since we’re receiving a qualified treatment with thoughtful service in Bellevue Wellness Dental. Prior to coming to Bellevue Wellness Dental I had gone to the same dentist almost my whole life. I've been coming here for about a year now and have had many visits. Jenny at the front desk and Dr. Chen are both amazing! Our family of six has been seen here for almost 4 years. Two of the kids completed braces through them and had some teeth pulled. They were extremely diligent reviewing CAT scans from Overlake Hospital and discovering a small fracture the ER did not notice. HIGHLY recommend them!

Dr. Stanford Chen and his staff were awesome! Dr. Chen is so caring and kind and really cares about his patients. I needed to get in with my newborn to have her get a frenectomy because of a poor and extremely painful latch due to a lip-tie that was making it impossible to breastfeed her. They got me in very quickly and the procedure itself was very quick which was great because it's not easy watching your baby be in pain but she was fed immediately after and didn't cry at all after the procedure. I switched to Bellevue Wellness Dental and have been working with Dr. Chen and his superb staff for many years, back when the firm was Bellevue Comfort Dental. The staff has been awesome over the years. The staff have always been professional and highly recommended. The waiting room is always clean and the kids area keeps the wee ones engaged (once they came along).

Good dentist office. I have had two cleanings and both went well.

In addition, I had a payments dispute after confusion around an insurance bill issue and Dr. Chen took time to write out a detailed, honest response as to what each part of the bill contained. Originally, was a frustrating process, but Dr. Chen really cares about his patients and takes time to resolve any problems or misunderstandings in an open/fair manner.

Dr. Chen and his staff are awesome. My wife and I have been coming here for the past few years and have really enjoyed it. Glad to have a great dental practice to visit nearby.

They offer convenient appointments and their Saturday appointments are especially convenient if you work Monday through Friday. Located right off of NE 8th street their office building has plenty of free parking outside and their practice is very well maintained and comfortable.

If you are in the search of a new dentist I highly recommend Dr. Chen and his staff. You will be glad you took the time to visit.

I usually get pretty good service at Bellevue Wellness, but the quality of dental work this time was nothing short of amazing. Dr. Brian Lin took great care in examining my chipped tooth and explained my options patiently. He handled the areas in my mouth with precision and a gentle touch.

I have been to this clinic for several years and it always have been my go to clinic as the doctors there are professional and friendly. However today I had the worst ever dental cleaning by the hygienist. She complained several times that I haven't visited the clinic for almost a year. Worst dental I've ever seen, rude front desk and horrible dentist with poor skills, I was waiting 50mins after the scheduled appointment

The receptionist and whomever answers the emails and calls are always very professional and try to provide the best solution possible. They are also fair so they won't favor a specific dental insurance over another competitor.
They are not pushy about what you must get like some dental locations will (e.g. you must have your wisdom teeth pulled NOW or your life will be ruined). They will give you the best suggestions as well as other options, but ultimately leave the choice up to you.

They were professional and thorough. Jackie and Dr. Chen did a root canal and removed a molar. They kept my husband comfortable w/ a mix of nitrous oxide/ Novocain and movies. Thank you all!

It is the worst dental experience I have ever had. I have a root canal that was done in 2015 at this clinic and kept hurting after treatment. When I came with my problem I was said that it is ok and the work was done perfect and pain should have gone away. After 2 years of pain, I went for the second opinion and the tooth scan showed that there was infection and canal wasn't treated fully.

I tried to book online and their booking software lists tons of openings but then those times aren't actually free when you go through the pain of signing up. Not a good experience at all.

I am completely impressed with the quality of care I received at Bellevue Wellness. I had to go in to have my baby's frenulum cut to help with breastfeeding. This is one of the only places that does laser cutting and my lactation consultant recommended it.

Not only did they work hard to get myself and my baby scheduled, they worked to accept my insurance even though I know from experience most dentists won't take it because it's a hassle.

I went in to do a regular exam and I can say I will not visit this office again. The assistant who took the xray photos were very unskilled and kept on hurting my mouth. She would put the sensor at a place in my mouth and asked me to bite down in an impossible and extremely uncomfortable way. I have taken dental x rays several times before elsewhere and never had this sort of problem. It felt like she didn't know what she was doing. Then while Dr. Kate was cleaning my teeth, the assistant would stick the suction tube deep into my mouth causing me pain and gag several times. I was so uncomfortable

I know I have an obsession with dental care and finding a good dentist. I had an issue with one tooth that I've been dreading getting taken care of. I found BWD through Yelp as well as some online searches since we recently moved to the Eastside.
