Founded in 1993 by Dr. Jeanette Vought, NewPath Mental Health Services (NPMHS) provides professional mental health services, incorporating Christian faith for those desiring it, to individuals who have experienced abuse or trauma.
While we specialize in providing care to those who have experienced trauma, our therapists also have expertise treating depression, anxiety, addictions, OCD, psychotic disorders, and addressing family and relational concerns, among others.We are passionate about our mission to provide quality mental health care to everyone; it is our desire to turn no one away due to the inability to pay for services.

NewPath Mental Health Services, serves those who otherwise have no access to mental health care, children who have endured unimaginable trauma, couples in crisis, families who are caught in the cycle of abuse, and those engaged in harmful behaviors who are finally able to find life change. When you see your child in distress and don't know how to help, it can be truly devastating. As a caregiver you may feel powerless as your child experiences significant and overwhelming challenges. At NewPath, we provide a supportive environment for children to share their experiences and learn new tools for healthy coping.

Social media can create comparisons between your life and that of your peers. Although changes that come with adulthood are exciting, they also come with significant pressure.

Doctors, Therapists and staff failed to actively listen and/or used inaccurate, false conjecture, making misguided assumptions. allegations and decisions wholly independent of what was actually said, did not provide or utilize standards set by their governing bodies. These gross injustices / inaccuracies did not institute sound therapeutic intervention and best practices. These destructive techniques to an individual’s ability, wellbeing, were proven and reflected in all of their diagnoses, treatments, therapeutic advice and notes

Christian Recovery Counseling is a wonderful non-profit organization that provides professional mental health services and counseling while incorporating Christian faith. I commend Christian Recovery Counseling and its staff for the great work they do and I support them wholeheartedly as they work to provide care for this who have experienced abuse or trauma.
