I graduated from Nuway House I. This is by far the best experience I’ve had with treatment. I’ve been to five other treatment centers and Nuway just can’t compare to them. If you are looking for treatment, go to Nuway! It is the New way! I’ve never been so happy to wake up and go to group. The counselors are amazing. And so are the techs! They are always there to talk and will listen with their heart and ears. Thank you Andrew and Trisha ! Also Alex, Tom, Kaden, Andrew, Sydney, Korrina are great too. They can relate to us which is huge. Anything you need (within reason) they will help you

I’m one of the owners of CARE Counseling and probably have a different point of view than most people who interact with NuWay but I really appreciate all of the hard work done by their staff. Chemical Dependency is a really difficult space to work in and I know it can be messy - but the fact that the team keeps pressing for good outcomes is really refreshing 😊

This is the absolute worst place to go to get sober. In fact my addiction problems became much worse after attending this treatment center. There were drugs everywhere. I would say over half the clients were using with little to no concern about it shown by the staff. The counselors and most techs clearly didn't much care for the well being of there clients and let them use with impunity. I've been to eight treatments over the past 10 years and this was by far the worst treatment facility I've been too. The photo's I've included are of me actually using at NuWay. Ironically my drug use increased

Staff was decent when I was there and the there was always enough to eat but the building itself was terrible. I had the misfortune of arriving in the heat of the summer and it had to be 90 degrees in my room, 85 at night if I was lucky. Guys were sleeping with watered down bed sheets to stay cool. Also had plenty of bed bugs and instead of treating rooms properly, they'd simply fog one room and push the bugs into the next. Whoever owns this place isn't interesting in making sure people are reasonably comfortable, only interested in making money. I think had I been 19 or 20 I maybe could have tolerated

A recovery community is only as strong as its environment. I know many people who have had personal success with this program. The building seems to be in never ending small scale renovation, with construction projects updating and improving the structure being a constant. There is a very high turn over rate in the clinical staff, mostly due to the nature of the job. Most people who hold these positions are either in school to further their career, or are just dipping their toes into the field. The support staff is effective, and the food is delicious and plentiful.

This place is very amazing, as us with D.I.D. and addiction is a very rare gem to succeed in recovery. The counselors/staff are incredible at what they do. With us and "others" developed strong coping skills and steady defense mechanisms through acceptance, power, love, strength, courage, perception, and knowledge. There is and always will be an answer and a reason, no addict is left behind. I and we give this treatment program a huge thank you and with gratitude.
Always,

The counselors where pretty good I got a lot of the treatment there although the night staff was pretty bad. The condition of the house is horrible the interior is horrible and there was bed bugs when I was there. I also did not feel to safe as it seems they would let anyone off the streets into there and sometimes homeless people would walk in. If I had the choice I would not ever go back.
