To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases will always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please understand that we make a sincere attempt to see each scheduled appointment on time.
We understand how upsetting it can be to have a sick pet, which is why no matter how busy we are, we will make the time to see your pet. Unfortunately not all hospitals do this, and because we will not turn away an animal in need, we occasionally run behind schedule. We appreciate your patience with us, as we do our best to stay on time.

Sasha started at Harvey Animal Hospital in 2015 but has been in the veterinary field since she was 16 years old. She has always had a special love and passion for animals. She is in charge of our marketing department and organizing community outreach events. She is also the Executive Director of Michigan Cat Rescue and leads most of their fundraising events.
We believe in AND practice the philosophy as Dr. Sophia Yin's Low Stress Handling, and Dr. Marty Becker Fear Free Veterinary Practices. You're grabbed out of your home, stuffed into a box, thrown in a car, and driven to a location where you're left in a strange room. It's a room with weird smells, scary sounds that sporadically pierce through the walls, and eerie figures wandering about.

Dr. Coll and her team are awesome! They were all so sweet to our pups during their first vet visit and sent us pictures of the puppies during their visit since we couldn’t go in. They answered all of our questions and sent us home with super helpful information. Great service, great experience!

I honestly have to stay I am extremely disappointed in this place, there is zero compassion. I accidentally missed an appointment by half hour thinking that it was at another time the lady originally told me. They took my money and said sorry I cant schedule you again for another 4 weeks and you have have to pay for the visit in full again before we re-schedule. Would you wanna take your pet here? NO! I will never let you guys steal another dollar from me.

I'm originally from Detroit, born & raised, but I moved out of state for a time. When I returned in 2018, I brought two fur babies home with me, & i needed to find a good vet for them. Harvey Animal Hospital was recommended to me, & I've been happy to call them my family vet since late 2018. I have been very satisfied with the care they have provided my babies. Was concerned about my dogs hips and was suggested to visit this place . Nervous to try after a recent visit to another vet clinic, but I gave it a good old fashion try 😅.

I came across Harvey Animal Hospital on a whim, in desperate search to get my Rabbit seen and I am so glad I did. I absolutely love this clinic. The staff is so friendly, caring and compassionate. The pricing is very reasonable. I thank and appreciate Dr. Notebaert, so much for fitting my Lennon in on such short notice and providing professional yet, gentle care for him. My Lennon was back to good in no time. So sorry to hear Dr. Notebaert, is leaving the clinic but I humbly wish him well! And I am excited to build a good relationship with the new Doctor coming in. I have a sugar glider that recently became ill, because of Covid it was impossible to get her seen by any veterinarian. The staff at Harvey we're very compassionate and found a way to get me an appointment. They were very professional and thorough and I got a great sense that they truly cared about helping my animal. Was looking to establish a relationship with a good vet for my Mr. Big and I am pleased to say that so far I'm very happy with my choice to come here. Friendly and welcoming staff, clean environment, appears to really care for my lil guy and my concern for his health. It's still early, however I hope nothing changes.
