Renters and homeowners, Avoid this management company (Connie) at all costs. Staff and Connie are all unresponsive and unprofessional. Houses are managed so poorly. Read other reviews...
One townhome managed by Connie was in decent area but far below the market rental price (20-30% less). When we scheduled a tour at her convenient time, we found the home was trashed and not maintained at all. And said they'll not fix anything before we move in.

Some notable highlights:
- No showing and no response back on weekends or outside of their short office hours
- Connie is overall very rude and unprofessional

I contacted the property posted thorough a site and I got a message response on Friday afternoon from Connie that I needed to call Monday after 9a. What realtor doesn't show properties during evenings or weekends when most people are available? (Red flag #1).
I called Monday morning and was then informed I could go the next day in the morning because a prospective tenant fell through (Red flag #2). Thankfully, I have flexibility with work.

This is a fabulous company they manage our property and were very happy with the prompt professional manner in which connie runs the entire process she took over our home management after a different unprofessional company quit 3 months in as soon as he received us big rental bonus left us with a major issue connie helped us try to continue with our renters she suggested to remove them but we had to learn the hard way now there gone we had to redo the whole place but connie never said I told you so for now on shes our eyes and ears we adore her and highly recommend her to everyone Your FABULOUS

I rented from Select Living for several years as a single mother with three teenage children and Connie was nothing but wonderful. The few issues with the house were dealt with promptly and without hassle. I paid my rent on time and she did her job - the experience was one of mutual respect.

I had issues of my own getting my teenagers to mow and/or shovel (as most parents do) and Connie only ever sent me a quick note asking if there was an issue she should be aware of and to please get to those things. Don't be fooled by the good reviews, no one in their right mind would stand by these people. They are bullies and treat tenants like garbage. Beyond this they WILL scam you out of any security deposit you put down and/or claim they have not received money you've paid them. They are criminals and overall bad people. It is imperative people know how this company functions as they have caused a lot of stress and heartache for a number of individuals. They are unprofessional, rude and not the right people for this business. Please do your research and truly see how many people they have treated

Military Service Member look for another place to live. We report that a mouse was inside of our apartment. As a MIlitary Service Member that works with Preventive Medicine Units, having a mouse running inside of a house if a safety issue for the family and specially for children. My husband reported the issue and asked if they provide extermination services or if we have to take care of it. They said, they will take care of the issue. We never received any exterminator at home, so we called during the weekend. The managment called my husband on Monday yelling telling that they pay a lot of money

I have had the pleasure to work with Connie Meyers for the past 10 + years. She has been managing one of my properties in the Bucks county area and has always been attentive, professional, and very timely in responding any questions or concerns I have ever had. My checks have always arrived on time, I receive annual maintenance "upkeep" reminders (ie, check the gas/oil/ air conditioners on the rental property along with the costs) and always receive nicely organized documents at the end of the year for my taxes.

STAY AWAY! I implore you! This goes for owners and tenants alike. You will be glad you listened to this and the other negative reviews! I rented a property from Select Living Management from Oct. 2013-Oct. 2014. Keep in mind that ALL of my rent and utility payments were made on time, no complaints were ever made against me as a tenant, and I left the property in excellent condition upon lease expiration.
