Sentry Property Management, Inc. is a small property management company employing approximately fifteen employees. The company was started in the early 1980's when it owned and operated a few rental properties. Currently, we operate six apartment communities, numerous manufactured home communities, several single family homes and other muliple housing units in Southeastern Pennsylvania, totalling over 700 units.

As a former owner, this was the worst management company with horrible customer service. They are stretched very thin and cannot take care of inquiries quickly and will nickel and dime you to death

Terrible customer service. They don't have the human decency to return calls. Instead of working with their tenants they work against them. $900 a month for a 1 bedroom and they still can't fix the plumbing smh. 3 years and I've never missed or been late on a payment. Yet they have my car towed an hour away for being 10 days past inspection. They just couldn't find the strength to return a phone call to avoid this. Oh well its only$1000 down the drain at least. All this during a global pandemic. Stay woke people the vultures are out in mass.

I lived in one of their units a few years ago. Right from the beginning, i knew something was off. As i was signing a lease, they were verbally explaining charges that were not in the lease. I asked them to add it to the paperwork, but they declined to do so. About halfway into the lease, i received a threatening letter stating that I would be evicted if i didn't pay $1000 for something that was not mine to pay for from the beginning. Dumpster area is always a messy disaster. Road is pot hole ridden. Caution tape from roadside electrical work done a year ago is still in the brush. When community had no water and we had no knowledge of what was going on or a restoration time, they actually hung up on me. Calls never returned. Very unprofessional business.

They charged me 120.00 in late fees. I mailed in my money order on time but because it was the 4th of July holiday they got it late through no fault of my own. They didnt care, they only wanted money. Horrible dirty place. I cant wait to find another place

Sentry knew of a sewer problem at a rental for over a year nothing was done they were told system needed to be replaced. renters held money i escrow now sentry states they will fix but renters have to leave pay allll back money and late fees SLUMLORDS CROOKS L THIEVES AND A REPORT TO BBB IS IN ORDER

Horrible management who never get issues fixed. They tell you that someone will be out to fix something so you take off work, and no one shows up. It’s been 4 years and there has never been an inspection of the home that we live in to make sure it’s still in good working condition. Completely unreliable and incompetent.

This “management” company has raised our rent every single year we’ve lived here, and they do virtually nothing for the people who live in their communities. Cover waste removal, and occasionally plow snow, that’s it. The common area that they are supposed to be maintaining is overrun with out-of-control vines and shrubberies that need tending, and last summer, we had to plead for MONTHS for them to fix the fence along the edge of the property that was falling apart, with rusty nails sticking out everywhere. Sentry Property Management is a poorly run company. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!! All of the bad ratings you see online are all true if you value your money DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!It was my intention to rent a one bedroom apartment at Astor & Logan Apartments in Norristown. I was told over the phone that they had many apartments available at the price of 729-799. When I went to visit the same day of my call the woman in the office said they only had units for 799 and whoever I spoke to on the phone was new and misinformed.
