Drama tons of drama. Dirty hallways. No cleaners ever vacuum or mop common areas . Even during covid. The complex is is an old school and the old bathrooms were never upgraded in the common area this is a low income facility for elderly and disabled. The doors are constantly broken. It is not safe. Sidewalks are tripping hazards no elevators for disabled access. Also have to pay for a handicapped parking space if you want a personal one one. Other wise there are a few that are first come first served. Management treats elderly and disabled as 2nd class citizens. Some of whom are veterans. Not to

The worst management ever . I have been living in same same apt for 11 years and they never changed the carpets even when I ask them to change it they refused to do it and ask me to get it cleaned spending my own money . But they never forget to up the rent every year with a very short notice . MARRY CARROL please consider to serve us litter better don’t you think we deserve it .smh

This is absolutely the worse management company I have seen.
They spying on residents and unit owners. Not only that BUT they come and knock on doors.
I warned this JANICE if she ever come near my house door I will be calling the police on her or anyone from her office.
I also installed cameras inside my house to monitor my house door 24/7 !

Been living in one of their complexes in for 2 years. Can't seem to find anyone who will admit having anything to do with our complex. What are they hiding.
UPDATE: Moved out in October 2018. They gave my some BS about making too much money. Found a much nicer place, no BS or ignorant neighbours.

Worst management company I have ever dealt with. I honestly wish there was anything lower than one star so I could give it to them.
Very unprofessional and rude. It takes them ages to get back to you (if they even do so) and you have to call them multiple times in order to have them fix any of the problems in the building. They treat you like as if they were better than you and that they know more than you, and for the deposit, they take a very large deposit, and they never return it to you. This happened to me and to two other families that I knew resided at one of their properties. they are

I'm sure I can file plenty of legal claims. They are so bad. During their roof construction they cracked my window. I called them and they said they'll send maintenance. Never did. Every time I call, the lady that picks up never really cares. Lots of health issues too and they never care. They never fix anything.

The absolute worst management company I have seen. This past winter the snow was never shoveled. The walkways were never salted. The grass was rarely mowed. Yet our association fees were skyrocketing. My complex decided to terminate their contract with Grosse and Quade. We decided to go with another reputable management company. Best decision ever.

I have had seriously horrible experience with Grosse and Quade. The front staff is very rude and they never return my phone call. I have had maintenance issue in past however, no one came to fix it until day or two later even tough I called them like 4-5 times. I'm disappointed at their service.

I've been working with Mary Carol at Grosse & Quade and so far, she's been great. I needed a few things fixed at my apartment, so she contacted the groundskeeper quickly and made sure they were taken care of and she usually responds to my emails in a timely manner.
