If you are in the market for your perfect rental home, you have come to the right place. As a perspective tenant, we can help you through the process of finding and applying for the home of your dreams. Once you are a resident, we have a suite of tools tailored to your needs to make you rental experience the best it can be.
Applications can be submitted online through our website at dmacpropertyservices.com or you can request an application by email or USPS. The processing fee is $40.00 per applicant, is non-refundable, and can be paid online by credit card or, if in person, by Money Order or cash.
If applicant does not read and/or understand English, it is the applicant's responsibility to provide their own translator for the rental application and/or rental agreement.If your application is approved you will be notified by phone or email and we will schedule an appointment for your lease signing and move in process.

DMAC Real Property Services, Inc. offering property management services in LA county, San Bernardino County, and Riverside County in California. This service is best suited for owners who reside out of state or those who do not wish the hassle and stress of handling the collection of rent, lease term enforcement, maintenance issues and more.
In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email. Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
Having been in the real estate industry for over 25 years, we know the importance of great customer service and open communication with clients. We will take excellent care of everyone you refer to us! If you refer a client to us and they one day decide to sell their home, they will be referred back to you for the sale!
