I'm Thomas Simon, Co-owner of Simon Group Real Estate. I was born at Methodist Hospital in Arcadia and grew up in Sierra Madre. My Father and Mother, Dr. K.G. & Mary Rose Simon, started to build my Family's legacy, in Rosemead, on Valley Blvd, at their Dental office, back when the big Toys R Us, "Geoffrey the Giraffe, " overlooked the 10 Freeway.
The greatest asset a symphony conductor provides is that of their trained ears; ears that are able to discern one violin string out of tune with 68 other perfectly tuned violin strings. Why does it matter? Who in the audience hears? It matters, because one out of tune violin string creates an audible distress within the orchestra, allowing an intended piece of music of love to turn into a piece of music of aggression.

A rural town and a thriving city center: Business, banking and shopping, created by steel, hammer, nails, crane capital and vision. Humanity is in the midst of an economy driven by technology and the greater good, incentivizing us more to help ourselves and each other. Though technology drives, humanity still leads allowing new visions, causing the probable vision to become a reality.
A person who left College early, educated by life, taking any available odd job, because they know eventually they will become a successful business owner, allowing them to share their story to inspire others. A Husband and Wife, both working full-time, with a child on the way, barely making ends meet and arguing when they see each other; though hopeful, one day, one of their business ideas will be successful.
