Accommodating up to 200 guests, the Texas sized covered porch seats 90 guests and the barn styled house includes an interactive kitchen and food service area, 4 restrooms, foyer, 2 changing rooms, 2 fireplaces and central AC and heat. The surrounding landscape provides additional space and flexibility for seating, dance floor, cocktail area, two ceremony sites, yard games and plenty of parking.
