So upset! I went to drop off my results from my lung drs CT scan and to make an appointment to go over all my test. Only to be told I owe over $200 for a bill back in 2020? I said why am being told this today when I have had many appointments since then? They said well we are all new and found all kinds of mistakes from previous staff. I said I can pay $50 now best I can do they said well you need to pay $80 if you want to speak to dr. Its safe to say I loved my dr. Unfortunately with staff like that it’ time to move on and get another dr.

I have been a patient of Dr. R at Barnard Family Health Centers for the past 10 years or so. I like Dr. R. but I just never warmed up to the administration staff there. I went to my regular 6-month checkup this morning and found that they have moved to a new building. No one cared to tell me that they have moved when I called to make the appointment last week. It took me more than 20 minutes to find the new location in a cold winter morning. I never received an apology from the administration staffs when I mentioned this new location problem.

I was a patient of Dr Barnard for over 40 years so it really hurts to write this review. Since he retired this “practice” has tanked. They no longer care about the patient, they’ve lost sight of their purpose. It’s very disappointing to see what they are doing with the practice he built. I hope they realize what they are doing before it’s too late.

I am beyond frustrated. My 17 year old has an upper respiratory infection of some kind. We have already tested for Covid and she was negative. (No typical covid symptoms,) I called for an appointment and all they will do is a virtual one. How is can you do a true assessment of a patient with an upper respiratory infection without being in person and listening to their lungs?! They refuse to see upper respiratory infection patients in the office at all. So now I have to go to an urgent care and spend who knows how long and how much money for her to be seen. This is why urgent cares and ER's are

Been going here several years but called about 3 weeks ago - left a message And called yesterday and left a message and no one is returning my calls. As patients we pay the salary of the doctors we chose. If they do not respond - they will not be my dr. I will not beg them to call me. Changing to somewhere else!

I have been a patient for 3-4 years and I really like the care I receive. I have worked with 2 of the doctors- they both really take the time to listen to me and discuss options for testing and care when things arise. My husband is also a patient and likes how quickly you can get an appointment- in person or teledoc and is happy with his care too;)

Their level of service has deteriorated fast. In the past, I could request an appointment online & they would call me back to set up a time if my requested time/date did not work. Now, my online appointment requests are simply ignored. Left a message to schedule blood works over a week ago, but have yet to receive a phone call back. I guess it's time to look for a new PCP.

Their lack of response is so frustrating. I’ve been trying to refill my prescription for the past 3 days, left several messages, and no one calls back. I already know patience are just another number to Drs and their offices staff, but at least do right by us by doing your job.

Since Dr Barnard left this office has beyond gone downhill! The staff is rude, inconsiderate and honestly show they don’t care about us as patients. I’ve been a patient for over 20 years and sadly have to move on. I can not take the amount of unaccountably the staff portrays. It’s a disgrace to Dr Barnard’s name that still is attached to this practice how they are now operating his legacy.

My family and I have been loyal patients for many years. The first time I called to schedule an appointment after the retirement of Dr. Barnard, I was told the first available appointment was February 28th, over a month out. The lady answering the phone was rude and kept pushing for me to say I wanted a physical because I was requesting testing to be performed. The reason for requested testing was not a physical but wanting to know if I had cancer due to several symptoms. If this is how the clinic will be run now I am afraid my family and I will be looking for new physicians.
