My name is John Dixon, a family man and Home Inspector. I decided to become a Home Inspector to protect people during the most expensive investment we make, buying a home. I served in the US Army as a Paratrooper and a Drill Sergeant Academy Instructor. At the conclusion of my active duty experienced I attended St John'S University, in New York City and received a Bachelor of Science Degree.
Princeton covers an area of 18.1 square miles in the heart of central New Jersey. The population of Princeton is approximately 30,000. A substantial portion of the property of Princeton University lies within the borders of Princeton as does the property of the Institute for Advanced Study.

I hired Eagle Eye Home Inspectors to insoect a house in Hazlet NJ, that we were interested in and they provided me with an insection report, that was extremely detailed. The house had so many issues that I canceled the contract and I believe I dodged a bullet because of them. The next house they inspected for us, also had allot of issues, but his analysis and images make you get a clear idea of what repairs will be needed.. He is timely and the reports are easy to use on line to create a request list for the seller. They are very professional and I would recommend them for your next inspection

TERRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT USE!
We had a home inspection on 8/4. Multiple Issues with the home we were never made aware of. Greg was our inspector.
Come to find out after we had an electrician out that the line running electrical into the house was rated for 100v and the breaker box was rated for 200v. The electrician open the box (with me standing next to him) looked at it for about 5 seconds and was able to make this determination. He ever laughed and said "Who was your home inspector?"
We also got the basement looked at on the same day and come to find out that the basement has extensive water

Eagle Eye was able to perform an inspection of a home I was considering purchasing, on relatively short notice, and under a time constraint. I was present during the entire inspection, which was very thorough. He identified issues that I probably would have not noticed, and his recommendations (that the sellers acted upon) saved us a fair bit of money (on repairs or future damage).

I was so thankful that we were able to find Eagle Inspection for my new home. We initially had first inspection with this other company (very well known company) but they didn't find one thing instead they said everything is okay to move in....but we knew something was weird..because even myself was able to see the water damages in the basement and… window issues (rotting wood trims around most windows, cracks on windows and missing locks on couple of windows because owner was rushing to cover up something they forgot to put the lock back after painting). Thank God John was very thorough

John did an amazing and thorough job inspecting our house to be on a Saturday morning. He is very accommodating and took his time to show us any and all issues, discussed them with us in detail & recommended who we should contact. Our report was back to us in a timely manner and was 60 pages long. It had all kinds of great information with things I… would have never noticed but so glad that he did. He provided clear and detailed pictures and a complete summary so there was no confusion. I completely recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection done. He is top notch!
