This took A LOT of MONEY and even MORE TIME!!! I gave 2 stars because the rep that works for another company tried but the owners just wouldn't connect the dots.
NEVER use a "broker." These guys are ONLY middlemen. They don't know the industry. It takes FOREVER to get ANYTHING done and will cost you a FORTUNE!
It's unfortunate that this is allowed in the solar industry but if you buy direct, you can solve yourself if working with this circus.

I met Bennett Maxwell when he knocked on my door asking if he could get my signature for the HOA. My neighbor was getting Solar and the HOA requires that all neighbors sign off on any changes. I thought that Bennett was going above and beyond to do that for his client. I took the opportunity to ask him some questions I had about Solar. He came into my home to answer my questions.
