Purchased a 2021 Hurricane SD191 back in March of 2021 and was told they were gonna order a middle hatch for my boat because the one existing was warped. I’ve called the dealership a few times and was told someone would contact me back/order the part and still haven’t heard anything. Like most dealerships once they make the sale, they seem to forget about you. Also this wasn’t a dealer next door to my house about an hour and half to purchase. Unfortunately they sell boat brands I like buying.

I don’t even know how to adequately describe how incredibly inept the service department is run at Castaway Marine. Our boat was there for a total of about 6 weeks, only to be told that we should google how to fix the problem and try to fix it ourselves.
Our brand new (2021), boat was taken to Castaway Marine for an error message that would cause the steering to stop working. They however were not able to replicate the error.

Bought my 2020 26ft Hurricane about 2 months ago. The experience was quick and easy. The Sales Guy (Greg) was great. I first called to see what they had available and he gave me price and details right over the phone. The price was Great--best around.
I had my boat delivered for a small fee. The guy who delivered it was great as well. He went over the entire boat with me. Probbably spent about 2 hrs going over the boat. He put it in the water for me. Helped me get in the slip where I keep it.
Just an overall great experience. I would highly recommend if you are looking to buy a boat--to go see

I purchased a new Sea Hunt 234 Ultra the beginning of September from Greg. I can't say more on how good I was treated during my purchase and delivery process. If your in the market for a boat. Wife and I were shopping around for boats in the Melbourne area and visited many dealers. Far and away, Castaway Marine was the most professional and friendly we came across. Our salesman Danny took his time to walk us through the boats and explain the pros and cons to each hull. Last year, on a sunday, we stopped just to see what they had available for our budget and family size. The salesman was exceptional with his knowledge and not pushy at all!
