I used Senior Dr Marsch for years.
The entire community misses him.
It's nice that his son has taken over the practice and giving the community great veterinary services that his dad did.
I was sick, so curbside services were so helpful and welcomed.
Hopefully sick kitty will make a quick recovery. Thank you

My daughter's dog passed away in the middle of the night. I called E.S.A.H. To see if they could have him cremated as it is so cold outside. They said to have her call them when they were ready to bring him. They also are making a clay paw print of Judas for a Furever Keepsake. Losing a pet is like losing of one your children bc just like children, pets depend on us for EVERYTHING ❤️🐕‍ R.I.P. Judas (Rest in Paradise)

Very professional and courteous! And I didn't even have a pet emergency. Well I guess you could call it my pet rock. They are going to x-ray what I believe at this point to be a fossilized egg of some sort. Thanks a million!

What a great place. Dr. Marsh and staff worked diligently to save my boy. Dr Marsh followed up with calls and concern until the very end. I hope to retain him as my new doc when I adopt another life love.

Called the clinic after hours on 2/24/2021 because they’re one of the few who see rabbits “pocket pets” the answering service tells me because I’m not a client they WONT SEE MY RABBIT. Like how can you even offer emergency services but willingly turn away a sick animal. If I’m willing to pay why turn me away?? I’d understand if they didn’t actually offer services to rabbits but to turn a sick animal away just because is beyond me. Very very poor customer service. Highly do not recommend.

Our kitty had two surgeries. All the staff are great and you can tell they actually care, it's just not a job. They kept me well informed and answered all our questions. Dr Marsch, thank you so much for calling to check on Millie the day after she came home. You rock and we will never take our pets to anybody else. I highly recommend East Side Animal Hospital!!!

Called this morning (Friday) to get my 15 year old lab checked out and most likely put down (she couldn’t stand/walk and was slowly dying and suffering) they couldn’t see her until Monday (unless we paid an extra $100 then they could possibly get her in this afternoon but not for sure) very upset that they didn’t care if my poor puppy suffered all… weekend. Thankfully another vet office in town was able to get her in within a couple hours and put her down so she didn’t have to suffer all weekend EDIT TO ADD: the doctor later called back and apologized and offered

They’re greedy. Unless you consistently give them money, they don’t care about your animals. I’m disgusted by their actions this morning.

My husband and I have been going here for 6 years. The staff is amazing. Always very helpful and patient. However, the answering service for after hours is terrible. We called with a problem with our dog that had us very worried. They refused to give us the number for on call doctor and the supervisor was very rude. Thinking she put us on hold, she… was ranting to her co working and said I quote, "just leave the f****** dog alone". This infuriated us, because our dogs are our family. No matter how small or large the problem may be. No one should say that. I would suggest a better answering

I bring our dogs and cat to see these doctors. They have always been careful and very caring with us and our pets. I’ve never had any difficulty with any of their staff. I’ve never experienced anything like what has been described on this page. Everyone can have a bad day especially in a veterinary clinic.

This is the best place you could ever take your pets. Most places are out just to make money. This place cares for the pets and owners. This is a father son team and they work very well together. I took my baby in they told e upfront she only had a 50% chance of making it. They did all the could, she is alive and well. She does have chf, that she will be on meds for the rest of her life. But i have been going here for over 10 yrs, and very happy. God bless them!
