After years of absolutely excellent service both by phone and in person, five stars are appropriate. If you don't want the offers/spam/mail, which are corporately driven for the most part, make a phone call to George Morris's office and they will work hard to eliminate it. Hopefully, more reviews will give the great staff at this office the credit they really deserve.

The knowledge and experience that his office has to offer helps ease any stress that might come along when talking about insurance. His staff provides exceptional service, and they are always willing to help you get the best deal! State farm is awesome as a company, but the George Morris agency has me rethinking my choice in insurance. You can never get through with a phone call. A visit there isn't any better. Place is severely under staffed. Seems they can't get anything right. Called for address change and they cancelled my policy. Sid they were rewriting another one. Really people?? If they cut the junk mail in half my premium would drop 80 percent! Love the company... Can't stand the agent.

One of the best experiences I have had with purchasing insurance. I wanted to change insurance companies because the company that I had been dealing with for years had gotten so high. I was so glad that I called George Morris's company. I just wish I had contacted them earlier. The costs were so much more reasonable and the customer service was excellent. They were very patient and worked with me to find the best policy that I could afford and being able to make monthly payments was a life saver to my budget. I was in the market for homeowners but they worked with me to combine my home and auto
