Anger is a powerful, but perfectly normal emotion that we all feel from time to time. However, anger is also one of the most poorly handled emotions we have. Expressing anger can be either helpful or harmful. Everyone needs to learn how to express anger in a positive way. But what causes anger? It can be frustration, hurt, disappointment, threats, harassment, or annoyance.
Everyone has days when they feel sad or down. For many it can last days and even weeks--and for some it seems that all there is - is sadness, hopelessness. This is depression and it can be treated.

Depression has many faces and can show up differently depending on a person's age; for example, a child will most likely have symptoms that are different from an adolescent and an adolescent from a young adult and then a senior adult or elder could present totally different symptoms from the younger people.Men and women will also show different faces of depression.
Like depression, anxiety is a normal feeling for people to have occasionally. Occasionally is the active word here. For example you might feel anxious or nervous before you take a test, or perform at a music or dance recital, or have a meeting with a boss. These feelings of anxiety are usually dealt with, without too much of a problem.
