Ocean Reef also features a variety of fun and enjoyable amenities for the entire family. There are three championship golf courses, restaurants, bars and a grocery store. Miles of interesting and scenic nature trails, a plethora of golf cart paths and a fully equipped marina. Buccaneer Island features a salt water lagoon, an extraordinary pool as well as several restaurants.
Here at Ocean Reef, we understand that preparing one's home for a rental is a substantial undertaking, so we make it our goal to simplify the process. Our aim is to create a safe and pleasurable atmosphere that will keep our Owners comfortable, our Guests happy and looking forward to returning again.
This depends on a variety of factors but mainly, the location of the home or condo and the Owner's Use Dates. The most popular times to rent are during High Season and the Holidays, so if the home is available during these periods then there will be a great chance of it renting. The net to Owner amount is specific to the home itself, as is the nightly rate.
Before you arrive at one of our beautiful Ocean Reef rental properties, our Housekeepers ensure that the property has been completely prepared for your vacation. During high season, housekeeping services are typically included in the rental fee for guests; while in the low season cleaning services can be provided for a small charge.
