Staying in unit 333 at Mariners Club. When we checked in the office told us that the cable box wasn’t working in two rooms though the TVs were smart TVs so they could still be used. All of the cable boxes do not work, the TVs are not smart TVs and the Wifi has not worked since we got here. We have called the office several times and no help has been given. We have someone working remotely who has been having serious problems and no tv for the children to watch in the evening. Disappointed in the lack of assistance in this. Nice unit, though.

The place was what we expected or better. The layout was perfect, the place was well located and spotless.
It is worth nothing that the staff of Barefeet is very professional and responsive. Easy to deal with. We had a couple of issues and they were solved in no time when we call Barefeet.
I fully recommend both the property and the staff of Barefeet. They make your vacation enjoyable!!!. Tks Barefeet.

We stayed at Mariner's Club in unit # 208. Barefeet Vacation Rentals was easy to work with. Check in and check out was fast and easy. The ladies were very attentive and friendly. The only thing that was inconvenient was that Barefeet Vacation Rentals does not provide hair dryers. We had been sent an email about this prior to our arrival, however we overlooked it. We have rented many times and this is the first time we haven't been provided with a hair dryer. Other than that, we have no complaints! The unit we got was newly remodeled and was spectacular! All three bathrooms and the kitchen were

The perfect rental for a relaxing vacation in the Keys. Location is great, impeccably clean, well stocked with all your necessities and a pool that will have everyone enjoying the sun! The view makes meals on the porch glorious and the spacious condo gives everyone room to relax and enjoy themselves! We stayed here with my in-laws and our family of five (3 kids under 6) and LOVED it! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This was a beautiful condo, the decor was stunning and it had all the amenities of home. The furniture appeared to be new and the beds were so comfortable including the pull out couch. The pool area is perfect and there is a nice beach area and dock. The location is great , we went to Mile Market 88 for dinner , fishing at and it’s a beautiful drive down to key west. The owners have done a superb job with this condo and we would highly recommend a wonderful vacation there !

Follow up - Barefeet Rentals called us within 24 hours, they were very professional and took responsibility for the miscommunication. They also plan on implementing a couple changes to prevent this from occurring again. As far as I am concerned, that is as accountable as it gets. Their rating just went way up in my opinion. I would definitely book with them in the future if we return to Key Largo.
