The door window regulator is the mechanism that raises and lowers the door window glass on both power and manually-operated windows. Vehicles equipped with electric windows have an electric motor in each door. When the driver/passenger pushes the window-switch control panel, the window raises and lowers.

I had to get my windshield replaced a couple of weeks ago. I had called another company and was quoted $550. A friend recommended CEI to me and what a blessing! It was $430 including mobile service! Reid was extremely professional and kind. The techs he sent out were quick and efficient. I've never had to replace a windshield before, and hopefully won't have to again anytime soon, but if I needed to, CEI would be the first I call!

I was driving home and had a rock hit windshield then bounce and hit again! Called insurance and was told my comprehensive is $250 deductible. Yikes! Looked into chip repair and came across CEI on Yelp. Called and spoke with Reid close to end of day on Tuesday, he was professional and genuine. He explained chip repair and scheduled my repair for 8 am with 48 hours. Techs arrived on time and were friendly and professional. Repair was done promptly and without incident. Called around 10am and got a quote,(a good price, while they also are mobile) was told earliest possible windshield replacement for my truck would be 3-4 days.
Reid went out of his way to have my windshield replaced the same day he had his guys come around 12:30 and had it completed within 15-20 minutes. Service was Amazing, they were Fast, and did Quality work. I can say this for sure, Here they will go above and beyond for the customer!

I first spoke to Read (I hope I spelled your name right brother,) about fixing my regulator for my front window and he was EXTREMELY professional and helpful. He explained to me his fee, why he chose to get the part that he did, and he set up a time to COME TO ME!!! All within an hour!!! And then, this morning, his technician (Josh) showed up early and fixed my window within 45 minutes. Not only was he able to fix the issue in a timely manner, but he was professional, friendly, and we had a great conversation while he was doing his work. I woke up one day to find a small chip with my windshield had turn into a huge crack. Unsure of what to do first, I decided to turn to trusty Yelp to find some businesses. Been driving around with a cracked windshield for about a year now because I fell on some hard times and just couldn't afford one. Thanks to these guys I was able to get a new windshield replaced at a really good price. It was the best quote I received from about 5 different glass companies I called which is good cause I paid out of pocket for this. Reid over at CEI auto glass is a class act! I requested quotes off of Yelp for a crack in my windshield from a rock. Reid contacted me immediately, gave me a quote and offered same day moblie service!

Don't waste time like I did trying to navigate thru the "popular" glass repair company that you hear advertised all the time. They give you a 4 hour window, which is absurd to me, I don't stay put at any one place for 4 hours! So, I called CEI, they were friendly and professional from the moment I spoke with someone on the phone, the technicians were at my place to repair my chipped windshield within an hour. The techs were efficient, did a professional job repairing my windshield and gone in no time at all.

I called CEI auto glass on Friday night at 7:30pm fully expecting to leave message so they would call me back on Monday. I was surprised when the owner Reid answered. I called around to 10 different autoglass places and CEI had the best price & on top of that THEY ARE MOBILE, so you don't have to waste your time sitting at a shop! Reid was very friendly and accommodating on the phone and was nice enough to give us a discount for replacing two windshields at the same time. The day of my appt, Josh & Aaron were prompt (30 min early) and took care of both window replacements in 1 hour!! They were courteous, explained the warranty and gave me instructions on aftercare.
