The staff was very polite. I have medicare so my portion of payment is sometimes very expensive, this is one of those cases. In pain again three months later I was refused an appointment because I still owed money. I have made payments regularly but obviously the money is more important than patient

Disappointed with my experience with Dr. Basem Hamid. On my 1st and only visit, he only seen me for a total of 10 mins if that. No suggestions on helping me with my pain while home until I had an MRI done. Prescribed me medication that helped somewhat and a cream that was not covered by my insurance ($60 up that I did not purchase) when I called and asked for medication to help me sleep through the night so that I can rest for work, I was denied. I suggest if you are looking for a Dr. who shows no emotions or compassion for his patients, this would be the Dr. for you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Salman Mian with Innova Pain Center for a little over a year. When I moved to Houston around that time, I needed to replace my previous pain consultant with someone local. I had been on opioids for several years through multiple surgeries and was having 3 more after arriving here. The use of these drugs was very helpful, but worrisome at the same time. This place is a joke. Due to covid, I have not been able to attend doctor appointments with my father. He is in his 70's, so off he went to his first appointment. He has torn tendons and he went here to get treated for pain management. I don't think surgery is an option at this point. Anyways, after his appointment, he specifically asked the front desk for his records and to see what kind of shot was given to him, and front desk refused to give him anything and decided to write where they put his shot at, on a business card. How professional of them. As if we didn't already know he got his shot

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care and communication with the office staff. All this week I have been checking on the status of a refill. I keep getting put into the nurses voicemail without being greeted on the phone by Rachel. The nurses haven't been returning my vms since Tuesday. My medication has to be ordered so even if it was approved by someone today, I won't get the medication until Monday or Tuesday and I am down to 4 pills, and I take 3 a day.

Dr Lee IS so good to me I have several injuries and his background is so impressive.
The staff and phones have improved greatly in this year I've been going there. They are good people. Doctor helps me to find what's wrong with me And to find surgeon. They care and understand pain. I would not be able To get out of bed if it were not for these people.

I give Dr Lee 5 stars but the staff gets only 1 stars. In 10/2018 i started trying to get an MRI so my pain could be diagnosed so i could get a shot for pain. By 12/18 they still have not got their paperwork completed. I called them 2 times a week for the entire month they were always telling me my paperwork would be completed soon. Well 1/2019 i asked them why they would never help me. their answer " we were trying to help people that were not on medicare" i have NEVER had a urine sample come back dirty but they always treat me like i am a criminal. i have asked other patience if they were in
