Where do I start? Trashy racist Rose..or the horrendous smell of sewer, or with the fact that the water is turned off 2 to 3 times a week for hours..with out notice or warning..Where the hell is Stephanie..of Genieve? Every since they left..and lying racist Rose has been placed here,,for whatever reason..this place has been run down..Trash cans over flowing daily..Mountains of Disposed furniture ( from apartment trash outs) takes up 1/2 of 1 of the residents designated parking areas,,but the have the nerves to enforce strict parking regulations..Oh and before I forget..will steal money from you

Don't believe the hours. The office will close 45 minutes early and won't be here on time in the morning. The mother of my children live here and have been without AC for 3 days even though the office and Maintenance have been notified. They say they're waiting on a bid but the apartment is at 87 degrees. Didn't offer to put them in a hotel or anything. Taking the kids to their grandmothers. Pathetic.

The roof is leaking in my living/dining room while it was raining. This is second time and it's the same area that was supposed to be fixed last time. Pilar promised the roof was repaired but it's not. Please help.

Horrible parking issues. Vehicles are being towed constantly throughout the day. A few days ago, I saw three Cresswell Towing trucks entering/leaving the premises. Visitors will not find available parking spaces marked (visitor), especially after 5 p.m., and weekends. If a car is left in visitor parking for more than two days, it will be towed at a rate of at least $200.00 (I paid almost $300.00). The city and tow services are making a killing and it sure seems unethical. There are ALWAYS ample unused assigned resident parking spaces, and "unmarked," parking spaces, but those are assigned

From the time we came in to inquire about leasing it was apparent they were not interested in leasing to us for whatever reason. We ask to see a model apartment and was told by Jessica an employee that we could not because it was raining. At the time we asked it was not raining it rained the night before. We were from out of town and it was very hard to get someone on the phone to complete our application process. I received the run around and should have let this go but they are affordable homes in a good area and a friend who lives there encourage us to keep going. I was told by an actual tenant

I will start off by saying I like my town home. It's spacious. Although the kitchen is incredibly tiny and there is definitely not enough cabinet space. The refrigerator is small also. The apartment ready crew did a HORRIBLE JOB. When we were moving in there was paint all over the floor. Two closet doors were sealed shut by wet paint that wasn't dried. They had painted the door and closed it while wet, so the door was difficult to open and when I finally opened it, all the paint came off and wood chipped. The one time I have ever called for a work order, they waited until I was out for
