Services
The Custom Design piece, that is featured above, is from a Customer that had a beautiful 2.0ct Round, Brilliant Cut Diamond and a Seven Stone Diamond Band (Picture 1). She was looking to update and create a fantastic set that would be "timeless and classic, but with a mix of modern elegance".
We browsed through a few hundred rings trying to get some inspiration and the right mix for her, but ultimately decided that a custom design would be the perfect fit!She loved a detail from this ring, but the profile from that and the width of this ring but loved the halo from that ring. We combined all of her ideas and created a CAD rendering (Picture 2 & 3) to show her what the piece would look like.

The Jewelry Vault is beyond wonderful!!! Lydia Comfort Dog's fundraising has been helped immensely, for years, by the donations of fine & costume jewelry that The Jewelry Vault has collected for us from their customers for our etsy shop and our annual in-person sale.
Lisa & Sherry & their jeweler have also been so helpful with my personal jewelry. Repairing my grandmother's 's pieces, sizing my wedding ring and so much more. Their appraisals are so well presented, with a photo attached.

Lisa and Sherry are amazing and listen to exactly what you are looking for. They helped me find the prefect setting for a stone. The end result was so much better than I dreamed of in my head when I described what I wanted.
Lisa knocked it out of the park on the upgrading on my engagement ring. Lisa was able to find the perfect stone very quickly. I said what my dream stone was and she got it and it was better than I had anticipated. It was absolutely stunning and perfect. I am so excited to work with them in the future with the Jewelry Vault.

My first experience with The Jewelry Vault exceeded all my expectations.I went into The Jewelry Vault with a 30 year old engagement ring wanting to change the setting. 3 weeks later I had an absolutely stunning custom designed ring. Lisa listened to all my "ideas" and wants in a ring, and she was able to put all the pieces together into one gorgeous ring. She spent much time with me and made suggestions that I never would of thought of. I can't wait to work with Lisa again!

I cannot say enough good things about this store!! Lisa and Sherry were amazing to work with! They were so patient, knowledgable and helpful in designing my new engagement ring! And the ring, wow!!! It is stunning! I'm lucky I didn't get in a car accident on my way home admiring the shine and beauty! Would recommend this store to everyone! I even started a wish list so it will make gift buying for me easy for my husband!!

I can not say enough positive things about The Jewelry Vault. Lisa is beyond patient and her entire staff is wonderful. I have visited the store several times and each experience has been awesome. I was very indecisive, but Lisa took her time to understand what I was looking for and then designed the perfect piece! I highly recommend The Jewelry Vault. You will not be disappointed!

The ladies here are awesome!! I needed a chain shortened ASAP so I could pair it with a necklace that hubby bought me for our tenth wedding anniversary. They were able to do it quickly and perfectly! I'm also having them rhodium dip my gold sapphire and diamond anniversary ring that my mother gave me so it'll match the rest of my jewelry and they are also helping me with ideas on maybe switching out a stone in a ring that hubby gifted to me and maybe resetting the old stone into a necklace! They are knowledgeable, patient and creative! The jewelry here is stunning as well! I highly recommend
