Dr. Carl and his staff (Office Manager Kathryn and Dental Assistant Carrie) are simply the best! I had several very old crowns with toxic metals that were causing severe inflammation, and which were in dire need of replacement. Dr. Carl was able, even prior to the X-rays, to differentiate the crowns causing the inflammation from those made with nontoxic materials. Dr. Carl and his staff made the multiple procedures not only quite painless but actually an overall enjoyable experience, due to the fascinating conversations we were somehow able to conduct throughout the dental work! Very very nice great bedside manner by Dr. Carl and by his hygienist Ms friend. Receptionist has an efficient manner and if you can't get a hold of her she will try her best to keep your appointments organized but I think they have many patients 2 facilities and are a little overwhelmed sometimes. Front office manner can be warm or cold depending on mood? and this place does not take insurance so be prepared to have big bucks on hand at check out or else. They kind of let the ball drop on one of my children's cavities which resulted in him having his tooth removed. They caught it and
