You get charged for services they “think” you need. We were charged $150 to care credit card for a anti inflammatory shot and didn’t receive it. They stated that night that we would get credit for it in our statement, 3 months later still nothing. Called multiple times to speak with office manager Janet and stated the CEO would take care of it. Tried speaking with them again and all we get is “someone will call you back” and no one does, of course….

I wish I could give no stars I’m new to the area so I found this place when my husband was having bad chest pains. First they asked for insurance card and in such a rush I left it home so when I told them that they said that they couldn’t help him because they’re private mind blown if u are going to turn away people in urgent need then y are you open

Don’t bother here if you have COVID. There’s also a subtle line in their terms of agreement that mentions how the longer they keep you there waiting once you’ve been seen the MORE you will be charged.
I waited way past the time needed, I had to walk out and find a nurse only to find her talking casually to the receptionist. This was after me waiting 1.5 hrs to be discharged. They try to add sooo many unneeded charges to your bill. Go elsewhere if possible. Not worth it here.

I went in last night with bad back pain, nausea blurred vision. I was diagnosed with with “sprained back” I have a severe kidney infection and I am in the emergency room after almost fainting from the pain. How do you miss this? I feel like the doctor didn’t even listen just gave me pain medication and sent me on my way. Maybe I should have just go to a normal ER. The support staff was so nice but the Doctor didn’t seem concerned at all by my symptoms. I wouldn’t recommend this place for symptoms like mine.

I have never in my life experienced the life saving professionalism and kindness in an ER that I experienced here on 5/4/21. THESE PEOPLE ACTING SO QUICKLY AND THOROUGHLY LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE! I had covid pneumonia with blood clots in my lungs and without their running tests like they were losing their minds I probably would have died. They rushed my transfer to the hospital and I am alive and well today. These folks set the bar HIGH!

Very horrible experience. I was in a auto accident and the first thing in their mind was to try to see how they could benefit from it! Front desk attempted to get me to see an affiliated Atterney. They would continue to try to add unnecessary treatments and wear gear I did not need. Also made me wait to add more to visit time for no reason! No one was there!!! I had to struggle getting up multiple times asking what was going on. The doctor finally came in upset knowing they could not maximize on cost from me. When I asked him questions he LIED!! I even recorded him. In fact the paper that was given

I am always nervous about ER and heard several negative stories from many people and on yelp.
Initially, we had an appointment between 11 and 12, and we go there at 11:30. We waited for registration, and luckily no one was there, so we decided to stay inside the waiting room, of course with the masks on. Jannet was at the counter, and she welcomed us with her kind smile. I like her polite response to our paperwork, and that's what you need when you nervous and sitting in the Emergency room. Right!
After 10 mins she told us that our medicine would be ready at three pm. Since we live far,

They had me in a room for 10 hours just to finally come and tell me I’m ok. Then took another 2 hours to discharge me. Then the IV my arm was dripping my blood everywhere and they left the plugs and monitors still attached to me and the lady didn’t even know they left them on there when she was releasing me. I really felt they weren’t worried about me or forgot I was there. I’m never coming back here.

My daughter came here on July 26, 2020. She was told that the Covid test results would be back within 3-5 business days! What day are we? August 4th and guess what? NO RESULTS! Do not come here for Covid testing. Please save yourself the time. Go to Crosby, where my husband got his results within 3 days!
Also, you can tell that they have the lowest class of staff there. Fighting over who does what duty. I tried calling and asking for the Dr that seen me the day before and a black girl was so rude, she hung up on me! Stay clear of this dump!

Went here with my husband after he fell from his bike and was cut with sharp metal. I was pretty worried about an infection setting in so we rushed to the closest ER. Glad we found this place, the staff here was extremely friendly and helpful! Thank you for easing our worries! My husband checked out fine, and is doing much better now. Glad we where able to seek medical attention here when we needed it.

Avoid this place. The kid that takes your weight and blood pressure thinks he's a Doctor. Probably should go back to emptying bed pans which is more his speed. The real doctor missed an object in my eye and that is why I was there in the first place. Went elsewhere the next morning when it was still hurting and it was found immediately. This place shouldn't be seeing animals let alone people. Complaint with the AMA is being submitted.

Zero stars. The staff was extremely unwelcoming. It's 3:30am I get it but if someone is coming into your facility at this hour they already feel terrible. I brought my son here because he not feeling well. Marissa walked in to waiting room to receive my chart. I was the only one in there so common sense I was to be seen.
