Call, ask for Joseph and see for yourself how technical PC needs/repairs/questions can be solved in a respectable and NON-techie-geek-speak way. I am more technical than most, but I know my limitations. I have bought top end laptops from Apex, per Joe and "Josh's" recommendations... hardcore machines, top notch quality speed and reliability... but PC's are built to become obsolete within a few years. Same time, these are my GO-TO guys for memory and speed upgrades, hard drive swap-outs, and just today... after a PC crash... Joe and his team took my laptop apart and discovered it was dust-clogged
