The staff are beat reached by email, but usually super helpful. I've been a tenant for 5 years and have had few issues within my unit. The shared spaces could use some work, but overall the company usually completes any request you put in. Shout out to Ruth & Bonnie, both of whom have helped me on numerous occasions.

I can only speak on my experiences with the management. I've had conversations with Kathy, Michelle, Bernadette, (and if I've missed someone I'm sorry) on different occasions. They've always been respectful to me as I've been to them. They take the them time to listen to me and follow through with what they say they are going to do. Yes, there have been a few times where I've had to call back to remind someone of something. The handling of the bed bug situation in my apartment building. It came from another unit. Everyone had to leave because it was so bad. Rittenhouse did not respond in a timely manner nor was the bed bug issue handled appropriately. I wouldn't be surprised to see another review on here complaining about bed bugs shortly after moving in. I had to live in a hotel. Was offered reimbursement for almost half of my expenses with the contingency of releasing landlord from all liability and assuming liability myself. Didn't sign it. So many things were wrong with at the house that we lived in and we would call and no one would come out to look. Eventually they came because they claim there was lead. What did they do after like 3 days they emailed me saying my family and I had 3 days to move. Not even a month they literally gave us 3 days with no where to go. I don’t recommend them at all they are rude and not professional at all.

I do not recommend renting from this company. I contacted them several times about possible rodents in the walls and ceiling. They said they would look into it. Months passed and the noises continued. Mentioned it again, they claimed they had no idea. Still no one came to check it out and the noises persisted up til the day we moved out. Our front door didn’t latch correctly so even when locked, wind would blow it open unless it was deadbolted shut. These are heath and safety hazards. From the beginning of my lease I had notified Rittenhouse property of the fact that there were noises in my apartment in the walls and the ceiling that were clearly due to rodents. Rittenhouse never hired a pest control company and instead did everything to try to fix the problem except for set traps for the rodents. The sound was so bad I couldn't sleep at night!

This was my first apartment I’ve ever rented so I kept my expectation low on what to expect in my price range however this company was very misleading on the details of the apartment. I was told that I have laundry on the facility when none of the laundry units actually worked. I was also told that we had parking for tenets only when in reality the other tenants in the building took over the parking lot with their cars and their friends cars so we had to park on the street every night pending there was parking available. I rented a property through Rittenhouse for nearly three years and I don't have anything disparaging to say about this establishment. They treated me fairly, had the maintenance staffer visit my property to address my concerns. I would gladly rent from them again in the future if the opportunity presented itself.

I am a tenant who moved into their property under the falsity that this place was one thing and I found out it was a lie. After being in here only a day I was injured in their property. They were not concerned about it and never answered my texts or my doctor's letter asking that they help me locate different living conditions because of the injury. I had to file a HUD complaint because of the poor conditions in this apartment and their failure to accommodate. Next, I held my rent in escrow to get this place fixed. They came and patched up most of the problems but yet today as I am typing this
